Hanno rimesso a nuovo l'impianto elettrico della mia auto storica facendo tornare tutti gli elementi funzionanti.
In tempo record sono riusciti anche a recuperare un nuovo galleggiante e a consegnarmi la vettura in meno di 48 ore.

β β β β β Spia dell'antipattinamento accesa, chiediamo preventivo e invece ci troviamo tutto ad un tratto il giorno dopo conto di 230 da pagare. Ritiro l'auto, chiediamo spiegazioni e veniamo presi ad insulti e minacce dal SIGNOR RUGGERO e la cosa stupenda Γ¨ che la spia E' ANCORA ACCESA!!!
Attendiamo ancora dettaglio del conto GIA PAGATO!!!! Veloci con le parolacce, ma lenti nell'adempire ai vostri doveri! CAFONI e MALEDUCATI!
Anti-skidding warning light on, we ask for a quote and instead we find ourselves all of a sudden the next day bill of 230 to pay. I collect the car, we ask for explanations and we are taken to insults and threats by SIGNOR RUGGERO and the wonderful thing is that the light IS STILL ON !!!
We still await the detail of the account ALREADY PAID !!!! Quick with swear words, but slow in fulfilling your duties! CAFONI and RUDE!

β β β β β Ho portato la mia auto per problema di spia accesa ESP. chiedendo prima un preventivo, essendo la macchina non nuova, dovendo cambiarla, il giorno dopo chiamo, il sig. RUGGERO risponde che aveva cambiato 2 candelette ecc... mano d'opera.. e non avendo risolto ESP, vado a ritirare l'auto...cmq ribadendo che avrei preferito sapere PRIMA..sono stata insultata sbattuta fuori dall'officina, con la spesa di 230 euro non avendo risolto...non aggiungo altro!!! P.S.ho una certa etΓ ,ma non rimbambita...
I brought my car for ESP warning light problem. asking for a quote first, since the machine is not new, having to change it, the next day I call Mr. RUGGERO replies that he had changed 2 glow plugs etc ... labor .. and having not solved ESP, I go to collect the car ... cmq reiterating that I would have preferred to know BEFORE..I was insulted thrown out of the workshop, with the expense of 230 euros not having solved ... I won't add anything else !!! P.S. I am of a certain age, but not dazed ...

I have known this workshop for several years and have always enjoyed it. Mr. Ruggero and his son have been carrying out the work with professionalism and passion for some years. When there was an opportunity they were understanding and kind. These qualities should be appreciated. Keep it up
