Devo di un bel grazie a Michel che è stato gentile a seguirmi nella vendita e nel montaggio . I bought 5 Oknoplast windows from them about 3 months ago. This week they came to install them and I must say they are more beautiful than I expected! I owe a big thank you to Michel who was kind to follow me in the sale and assembly.

Prima montano un motoriduttore sbagliato e diverso da quello in fattura poi quando me ne rendo conto perché naturalmente ha iniziato a dare problemi non rispondono più alle chiamate inventando sempre una scusa! Truffatori!almeno rispondete ai clienti! I soldi ve li site presi però! Risposta alla risposta. Non mi sembra che siate a disposizione visto che è da maggio che cerco di contattarvi e mi rimbalzate con qualsiasi scusa, però il tempo di rispondere a una recensione l'avete. È vero la porta in questi anni ha funzionato ma essendo sottodimensionato il motoriduttore dopo anni di sforzo eccessivo inizia a dare problemi. La distinta sarà anche giusta ma io mi ritrovo un motoriduttore montato diverso da quello pagato in fattura e richiesto. Il fatto di avere una distinta giusta non significa che quello che avete caricato sul furgone e montato sia corretto. Comunque grazie ancora per non aver trovato 2 minuti per contattarmi direttamente dopo le mie numerose chiamate. Cheaters!!! First they mount a wrong gearmotor different from the one on the invoice then when I realize it because of course it has started to give problems they no longer answer calls always inventing an excuse! Scammers! At least answer the customers! The money is taken from you though! Answer to answer. It doesn't seem to me that you are available since I have been trying to contact you since May and you bounce me back with any excuse, but you have the time to respond to a review. It is true that the door has worked in recent years but as the gearmotor is undersized, after years of excessive effort it starts to give problems. The bill will also be correct but I find myself a gearmotor mounted different from the one paid on the invoice and requested. Having a correct BOM does not mean that what you have loaded into the van and assembled is correct. Anyway thank you again for not finding 2 minutes to contact me directly after my many calls.

Abbiamo montato il sezionale mesi fa, ma eravamo ancora in fase di costruzione e nonostante un piccolo malfunzionamento dovuto al tempo di cantiere sono prontamente intervenuti, per ora l'impressione è ottima... 4 stelle perché si può sempre migliorare :-) Serious firm and competitive in prices. We assembled the sectional door months ago, but we were still under construction and despite a small malfunction due to construction time they promptly intervened, for now the impression is excellent ... 4 stars because you can always improve :-)

Sono stato seguito sia nella scelta che nella progettazione che in tutti i vari passaggi successivi in modo professionale e serio. Anche installazione fatta in modo impeccabile rispettando tempi e i prezzi concordati. Oggi a qualche mese di distanza si vede come hanno lavorato bene. I replaced windows and shutters with the company La Moderna Due and I must say that I received an excellent product and service. I was followed both in the choice and in the design and in all the various subsequent steps in a professional and serious way. Even installation done flawlessly respecting the agreed times and prices. Today, a few months later, we can see how well they worked.

I tempi di installazione sono stati mantenuti. Il montaggio è stato effettuato con professionalità. Nota di merito per il responsabile del montaggio Domenico. Molto attenti e precisi. I serramenti sono veramente belli, al punto che dispiace mettere le tende. Dobbiamo dire anche che la supervisione di Michael è stata ottima e accurata. Consiglio se state pensando di sostituire i serramenti di prendere in considerazione questa azienda. We have been waiting to do this review in order to evaluate the full service and we must say that we are absolutely satisfied. Installation times have been maintained. The assembly was carried out with professionalism. Note of merit for the editor Domenico. Very careful and precise. The windows are really beautiful, to the point that we regret putting the curtains. We must also say that Michael's supervision was excellent and thorough. I recommend if you are thinking of replacing the windows to consider this company.
