Contattati più volte sui vari canali dove inseriscono gli annunci e dal sito ufficiale . Contattati per telefono rispondono segretarie poco gentili che richiedono dati e ti liquidano con la frase verrete ricontattati. non c'è serietà e organizzazione. Unable to receive information and quotes for used cars. Impossible to talk to a seller. Contacted several times on the various channels where they place the ads and from the official website. Martedì mattina mi richiamano per visione veicolo al centro usato nel pomeriggio (ma non è possibile prova su strada, dice per legge). Vettura attaccata al muro e con il bagagliaio carico quindi non totalmente visibile. Nessuno del concessionario ti considera. Alle 16 contatto il venditore in altra sede per avviare trattativa, ma dice che c'è n'è già un seria (?) in corso. Chiedo comunque di informarmi se la cosa va avanti visto che sto valutando altre vetture. Non mi hanno più ricontattato. Vettura rimossa da Autoscout. Attenzione al cliente totalmente insufficiente. P	Patriot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedo l annuncio dell' auto che vorrei acquistare su autoscout24, mando la mail per essere ricontattato, dopo 48 ore vengo contattato da un operatrice che mi chiede se sono ancora interessato all auto, gli dico di si e lei mi conferma che sarei stato ricontattato dal responsabile della vendita entro sera. Beh è passata una settimana e del responsabile vendite nessuna traccia, questa sera guardo su autoscout e l auto non è più disponibile. Complimenti per la serietà e professionalità. Per fortuna non siete gli unici in Italia a vendere auto? Anche piu per l'auto, grazie alle descrizioni di Leonardo e al manuale utente letto con costanza ho fatto scoperte tecnologiche direi avveniristiche. Peccato restituirla tra 4 anni. Grazie di tutto e complimenti per l'alta professionalita' e preparazione, con sincera Gratitudine Ti Saluto e Ringrazio Followed up to the end, from the recommended choice, to the description of the I20 t-gdi 1.0 48v connectline, which I eventually bought, thanks to the high professionalism of Leonardo P. to whom I would give even more stars.
