Un tecnico marchigiano che all'inizio sembrava un po' burbero si è dimostrato davvero disponibile e simpatico. La valutazione è stata eccezionale. Anche la ragazza dagli occhi azzurri che ha finalizzato il contratto è stata molto professionale. Grazie e complimenti!
If I have other cars to sell in the future, I'll go to our office in Florence. A technician from the Marches who at first seemed a bit gruff proved to be really helpful and nice. The evaluation was outstanding. The blue-eyed girl who finalized the contract was also very professional. Thanks and congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come molti ero titubante, ma la mia esperienza è stata positiva. Fatta la valutazione via internet ho portato la macchina è dopo circa 40 minuti mi hanno confermato la valutazione. Purtroppo avendola comprata a un asta di un fallimento ho prima dovuto cancellarla al PRA( cosa nn semplice) ,ma mi hanno tenuto la valutazione per altri 10 giorni e poi l hanno riconfermata. Gentili e disponibili i ragazzi della sede di Firenze, ma un plauso va a Barbara dell UPI dell osmannoro, persona squisita, gentile e sempre disponibile. Per lei 6 stelle
Like many I was hesitant, but my experience was positive. After the evaluation via the internet, I brought the car and after about 40 minutes they confirmed the evaluation. Unfortunately, having bought it at a bankruptcy auction, I first had to cancel it at the PRA (which is not easy), but they kept the valuation for me for another 10 days and then reconfirmed it. Kind and helpful the guys of the Florence office, but an applause goes to Barbara of the UPI dell osmannoro, an exquisite, kind and always available person. For her 6 stars

Una volta arrivata sono stati tutti molto gentili, mi hanno confermato la valutazione e poco dopo avevo già l’accredito sul conto! Unica piccolissima nota negativa, avevo fissato l’appuntamento nel tardo pomeriggio con l’idea di fare tutto in una volta, ma, una volta terminate le pratiche in sede, non ho potuto andare in agenzia per fare il passaggio di proprietà perché era già chiusa e sono dovuta tornare la mattina successiva. Averlo saputo avrei fissato un’ora prima visto che non sono di Firenze, ma, a parte questo, ottimo servizio!
Great experience! I evaluated my car online and made an appointment. Once I arrived, they were all very kind, they confirmed my evaluation and shortly after I had already been credited to my account! The only very small negative note, I had made an appointment in the late afternoon with the idea of doing everything at once, but, once the procedures were completed, I could not go to the agency to make the change of ownership because it was already closed and I had to come back the next morning. Having known, I would have fixed an hour earlier since I'm not from Florence, but apart from that, great service!

In 48h hai la prima valutazione online, il giorno dopo in un'ora quella definitiva e se vuoi a 5 minuti c'è l'agenzia per il passaggio di proprietà. Bonifico arriva entro 72h. Bravi.
