Dalla disperazione ho chiesto il cambio agenzia al mio operatore telefonico, spero avvenga in fretta.

Service to say the least poor from the agent who followed us, we have been waiting for the portability of the line for 3 months, in the meantime I am still paying both the new bill and that of the previous contract. Out of desperation I asked my telephone operator to change the agency, I hope it will happen quickly.
