È stata usata la forbice con i dentini per sfoltire, che per i ricci è il demonio dato che non permette ai capelli di unirsi e formare il boccolo. Alla vista di quella forbice non ho detto nulla, ho sbagliato a star zitta ma avevo dato fiducia. Ho i capelli lunghi ma leggerissimi perché sono vuoti proprio perché sono stati sfoltiti e senza criterio. Aggiungo che c’è scarsa pulizia, spazzole non pulite dai capelli altrui e accessorio per igienizzare le forbici e gli altri attrezzi spento e pieno di polvere. Sono talmente disperata per i miei capelli che da ricci pieni e voluminosi si sono trasformati in semi-lisci e mosci (non sono mai stati così) che non posso non lasciare una recensione. Io ormai ci vado da anni grazie a groupon e mi hanno salvato i capelli che erano tutti rovinati per colpa di altri “parrucchieri” (se così si potevano definire!). Per non parlare dei prodotti sono top io li acquisto ormai solo da loro! Sinceramente mai più senza!!! Non metto quasi mai recensioni ma vedere certi commenti non mi sembra giusto perché bisogna premiare l’ottimo lavoro. Loro sanno consigliare ciò che più ti si addice e non lo fanno tanto per fare ma ci tengono a soddisfare il proprio cliente. The best hairdresser in Milan! I have been going there for years thanks to groupon and they saved my hair which was all ruined by other "hairdressers" (if they could be defined that way!). Not to mention the products are top I buy them now only from them! Honestly never again without !!! I hardly ever put reviews but seeing certain comments doesn't seem right to me because you have to reward excellent work. They know how to recommend what suits you best and they don't do it just to do it but they are keen to satisfy their customer.

Lo scalato dovrebbe essere omogeneo e non a scaloni! Inguardabili da lisci!! Oltre il danno, la beffa! Mi toccherà pagare un altro parrucchiere per sistemare il danno subito! Ho chiesto di avere lo stesso taglio scalato che avevo già e di tagliarmi i capelli di 3 cm. Oltre ad avermeli tagliati troppo, la scalatura è veramente fatta a caso, ciocche corte, lunghe, per niente sensate! Oltre a questo, trovo scorretto far pagare in più la crema per i capelli durante il lavaggio.
