Eravamo alla ricerca di un appartamento a piano terra o rialzato a causa dei miei problemi motori e di salute, una scelta obbligata anche a causa degli affitti troppo alti.
Siamo stati seguiti da una assillante Daniela con scarso rispetto ed ho avuto sempre e solo la sensazione di essere "un estraneo che porta provvigione".
NON fruiremo del bonus xché NON consiglieremo a nessuno un trattamento simile.

We were looking for an apartment on the ground floor or on the ground floor due to my motor and health problems, a forced choice also because of the too high rents.

L'appartamento degli anni 70 piazzato in zona appetibile presentava la criticità del piano alto senza ascensore ma nel giro di un mese è stato trovato l'acquirente e conclusa la vendita al prezzo concordato. Evidenzio in particolare la professionalità e la capacità persuasiva di Federica malgrado la giovanissima età.
It is the second time that I turn to the Grandi Agenzia real estate agency in via Silvio Pellico and this time too the result has been positive. The sale of my apartment was followed by Daniela and Federica.
The 70s apartment located in an attractive area had the criticality of the high floor without a lift but within a month the buyer was found and the sale was concluded at the agreed price. I highlight in particular Federica's professionalism and persuasive ability despite her very young age.
