★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, dall'annuncio che riportava l'immobile come arredato a nuovo ed invece era vuoto, alla scarsa professionalità di uno di loro nella gestione di tutte le procedure inerenti al contratto di locazione!
Very bad experience, from the announcement that reported the property as newly furnished and instead it was empty, to the lack of professionalism of one of them in the management of all the procedures inherent to the lease contract!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono come tutti i venditori: ti lasciano intendere che stai facendo l'affare della vita, ma raccontandoti le cose a metà: ciò che non dicono sono gli interventi onerosi di cui loro sanno benissimo, ma il cliente no, salvo accorgersene a compromesso firmato e, quando glielo fai notare, fanno orecchio da mercante.
Ti dicono che si può modificare tutto, subito e a basso costo: classica frase per convincere il cliente a comprare;
ti promettono mari e monti di aiuto su mutui e consulenze ma quando si tratta di quagliare, tergiversano; in altre parole, bravi venditori di chiacchiere.
Firmato il compromesso, intascano la provvigione (e che provvigione!!) e ti salutano. E non è che se ora si chiamano Home Prime, sono cambiati: sono sempre loro!!
Dimenticavo: perché per la palazzina di via Gallenga che dovevate consegnare a maggio 2019, non avete chiamato Vittorio? Prezzi bassi ed alta professionalità!!
They are like all sellers: they let you understand that you are doing the deal of a lifetime, but by telling you things halfway: what they do not say are the onerous interventions they know very well, but the customer does not, unless they realize it is a signed compromise and , when you point it out, they turn a deaf ear.
They tell you that everything can be changed, immediately and at low cost: a classic phrase to convince the customer to buy;
they promise you seas and mountains of help on mortgages and consultancy but when it comes to quail, they procrastinate; in other words, good talkers.
Once the compromise is signed, they pocket the commission (and what a commission !!) and greet you. And it's not that if they are now called Home Prime, they have changed: it's still them !!
I forgot: why didn't you call Vittorio for the building in via Gallenga that you had to deliver in May 2019? Low prices and high professionalism !!
