SONO I NUMERI UNO - STATE ALLA LARGA Come tutti gli intermediari, il loro scopo è solo quello di prendere il malloppo, i guai che ne susseguono, saranno sempre i vostri, come successo a noi, per un appartamento all'ultimo piano in zona centro, non hanno ne specificato i danni all'appartamento a muri e pavimenti (scoperti dopo il trasloco dei proprietari, muri impregnati di umidità e pavimenti scheggiati in due locali) e hanno nascosto vizi di umidità dal tetto alle camere sottostanti (nascosti furbamente con della pittura prima di fare le visite) al rogito neanche si presentano, tanto i soldi li hanno già instascati, e ora ci ritroviamo a dover rincorrere i vecchi proprietari che scaricano la colpa sull'agenzia, e loro che dichiarano il FALSO, dicendo di averci messo a conoscenza, intanto i danni e le spese da sostenere per sistemare, devo anticiparle io e solo tramite gli avvocati cercherò di recuperare qualcosa, chissà fra quanti anni. Per non parlare dei vari personaggi che lavorano in quell'agenzia, pur di vendere, vi raccontano tante di quelle storie, che poi in realtà al rogito saltano fuori, ma a quel punto è troppo tardi, perchè dopo aver atteso mesi per trovare una casa, altri mesi per racimolare somme da versare insieme al mutuo, notaio e altre spese, è tutti i sacrifici fatti fino a quel giorno tanto atteso, è difficile annullare tutto e ripartire nuovamente da zero.
