Lei sapeva di noi in quanto il sig.re Gozzi Alfredo in mia presenza le aveva comunicato che eravamo interessati all' acquisto del negozio…. Non deve dire che è nel ufficio accanto…. ma è nello stesso negozio di cui si accede in agenzia, questo lo sto sapendo da lei ora che ci sono due attività o meglio due agenzie immobiliari distinte e separate. Quindi per far chiarezza a chi legge questa recensione, cè da dire che nello stesso negozio della sua agenzia immobiliare di cui si accede è possibile incontrare un altro agente immobiliare che lavora in proprio. di cui rimango su questa idea …….. Pessima agenzia! Serietà pari a zero..... Dopo mesi di trattativa per l' acquisto di un negozio, proposta di acquisto e caparra regolarmente rilasciata su richiesta dell' agenzia. Di proposito alla scadenza non si sono fatti piu' sentire…... Il negozio è stato venduto! Vi chiedono di rilasciare la proposta in modo che diventi figurativa per aggirare qualcun' altro e vendere l' immobile ad un prezzo maggiorato…. Brutta esperienza!!

They ask you to release the proposal so that it becomes figurative to get around someone else and sell the property at a higher price…. Bad experience!!
