Nessuna risposta dopo due giorni di costanti ed insistenti tentativi di chiamata, considerando che dovrebbe essere un servizio rivolto ai lavoratori, e quindi a persone impegnate durante l'arco della giornata, ritengo inammissibile questa mancanza. Mi auguro che risolviate al più presto questa situazione. If I could talk to someone on the phone to raise my problem, I could also write a review on the actual quality of the service. No response after two days of constant and insistent attempts to call, considering that it should be a service aimed at workers, and therefore at people engaged during the day, I consider this lack to be inadmissible. ANDREA R.......I, ci dovevamo rivedere ma nonostante innumerevoli messaggi, telefonate, non sono piú riuscita ad avere un incontro. Era più onesto dire che era talmente impegnato da non potermi seguire. Fortunatamente esistono altre associazioni con persone piú corrette e professionali. After countless phone calls I managed to get on the phone line and set up the first meeting with Mr. ANDREA R ....... I, we had to meet again but despite countless messages, phone calls, I was no longer able to have a meeting. It was more honest to say that he was so busy he couldn't follow me. Fortunately, there are other associations with more correct and professional people.

Operatrice cortese mi spiega tutto per presentarmi all'appuntamento con tutti i documenti necessari. Ricevuto promemoria con SMS il giorno prima e il giorno dell'appuntamento ho atteso circa 15/20 minuti. Operatrice gentile e preparata e nonostante mi mancasse un documento, per circa 40 minuti ha inserito i documenti corretti per non farmi perdere tempo quando sarei tornato con quello mancante. Nuovo appuntamento per la settimana dopo (a causa mia) e soliti 15/20 minuti di attesa per appuntamenti precedenti e protocolli anti-covid; inserimento documento mancante in 5 minuti con altra operatrice ma sempre cortese e veloce. Forse sono stato fortunato ? ma ho ritenuto corretto riportare la mia esperienza. P. S. Non ho amici né parenti che lavorano in questo ufficio Got an appointment by phone after 5 minutes of waiting. Kind and knowledgeable operator and although I was missing a document, for about 40 minutes she entered the correct documents so as not to waste time when I returned with the missing one. New appointment for the week after (because of me) and usual 15/20 minutes of waiting for previous appointments and anti-covid protocols; insertion of missing document in 5 minutes with another operator but always courteous and fast. Maybe I was lucky ? but I felt it was correct to report my experience. P. S. I have no friends or relatives who work in this office

Comunque dopo un giro di cinque, sei telefonate sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto con la persona giusta...che ringrazio tantissimo!!! Indeed, they should refine the way they contact.
