Sebbene sia stato fatto notare l'errore non hanno corretto. Cosi invece di poter detrarre al 65%, ho detratto al 50%,essendo cambiata la legge nell'anno seguente. 1.000 euro buttati. Il responsabile ammette che doveva essere considerata la data di esecuzione, ma rimane un problema mio. Nessuna disponibilità, ne al momento in cui è stato segnalato l'errore (e si poteva evitare da parte dell'operatore ), ne in seguito da parte del responsabile. Un caf dovrebbe sapere le regole base e in caso di errore almeno ammetterlo e aiutare per risolverlo.
