★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gentilissima collaboratrice dell'officina di Parma, via La Spezia, ha organizzato in pochissime ore l'appuntamento per la sostituzione del vetro e la ricalibratura del sistema di riconoscimento ottico integrato nel parabrezza (non tutti i centri sono attrezzati per la ricalibratura). Nonostante la mia assicurazione prevedesse una franchigia non l'hanno applicata e quindi ho speso meno del preventivo. Il tecnico che ha sostituito il parabrezza è stato veloce ed efficiente.

 The very kind collaborator of the Parma workshop, via La Spezia, organized in a few hours the appointment for the replacement of the glass and the recalibration of the optical recognition system integrated in the windshield (not all centers are equipped for recalibration). Although my insurance included a deductible, they did not apply it and therefore I spent less than the estimate. The technician who replaced the windshield was quick and efficient.

Ho fatto diversi preventivi per cambiare il parabrezza della mia auto, e mi hanno chiesto praticamente il doppio rispetto a tutti gli altri, offrendo gli stessi servizi. Non lo consiglio.
Excessively above average prices
I made several quotes to change the windshield of my car, and they asked me practically twice as much as everyone else, offering the same services. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica ho preso una sassata sull'autostrada al rientro da Bologna sul parabrezza, subito non sembrava niente, poi una volta arrivata a casa è 'partita la crepina'. Lunedì mattina sono passata subito in questo centro riparazioni, sono stati gentilissimi, mia fortuna avevo la polizza cristalli con la mia compagnia assicurativa, che consiglio a tutti di farla con la propria assicurazione. Sono stata contattata il giorno dopo per l'appuntamento del cambio parabrezza. Puntualità, serietà, simpatia, professionalità. Ottimo centro.
On Sunday I got a stone on the highway on my return from Bologna on the windshield, it immediately looked like nothing, then once I got home, 'the crack of light started'. Monday morning I went straight to this repair center, they were very kind, my luck I had the glass policy with my insurance company, which I recommend everyone to do with their own insurance. I was contacted the next day for a windshield change appointment. Punctuality, seriousness, friendliness, professionalism. Great center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un preventivo e mi è stata data una cifra. Al momento di pagare.. si è aggiunta IVA e manodopera..quindi prezzo raddoppiato.
In un preventivo di solito è compresa di Iva che manodopera...
Per quel che riguarda il lavoro niente da dire veloci precisi e gentili.
Peccato per la sorpresa non gradita del conto.
I asked for a quote and was given a figure. At the time of paying .. VAT and labor were added .. so the price doubled.
A quote usually includes VAT for labor ...
As for the work, nothing to say, fast, precise and kind.
Too bad for the unwelcome surprise of the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho lasciato il furgone per sostituire il parabrezza in via La spezia.Apuntamento era x le 16:00 quando sono arrivato mi è stato detto passa in ufficio....ok....ho aspettato mezz'ora, alla fine "facciamo tutto dopo".Ok..."-quando sarà pronto??? -x le 18:00 spero sarà pronto.-Ti faccio uno squillo prima delle 18:00." Alla fine per mio ritardo di 5 minuti. Che pure gli ho chiamati prima chiedendo gentilmente scusa sono stato sgridato e mal trattato prima al telefono e dopo in ufficio. Molto scortesi!!!!
Yesterday I left the van to replace the windshield in via La spezia. Appointment was for 4:00 pm when I arrived I was told come to the office .... ok .... I waited half an hour, in the end "let's do it everything after ".Ok ..." - when will it be ready ??? -x 18:00 I hope it will be ready.-I'll give you a call before 18:00. " Eventually for my 5 minute delay. Even though I called him first, politely apologizing, I was scolded and badly treated first on the phone and then in the office. Very rude !!!!
