★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto professionali, gentili ed onesti. Ho avuto un problema ad una scocca che mi si era staccata causa dosso, me l'hanno riaggiustata in 20 min. Non ero mai stata lì e pensi che probabilmente cambierò il mio meccanico per loro per sono molto soddisfatta.Grazieee Sig.Malpeli
 Very professional, kind and honest. I had a problem with a body that had come off me because of it, they readjusted it in 20 minutes. I had never been there and you think I will probably change my mechanic for them to be very satisfied. Thanks and Mr. Malpeli

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi letto prima le altre recensioni non mi sarei fidato. Mi hanno sostituito la batteria di un vecchio caddy ed ho speso 216,00 euro!!!! Sono cortesi, ti fanno accomodare e ti mettono a tuo agio. Non fidarti chiedi il prezzo prima di eseguire il lavoro. Hanno preso il mezzo e si sono chiusi dentro. Da quel giorno, sarà un caso per carità, il mezzo perde olio come se piovesse. NON FIDARTI. ACHTUNG. NO NO NO. Cercano di capire se sei del posto, se non sei del posto, sanno che sei uscito dall'autostrada per una piccola manutenzione, sanno che è un'emergenza, sanno che hai fretta e se non chiedi il prezzo sei fregato. Secondo me è un soccorso stradale che approfitta dello stato di necessità. NON FIDARTI. NON FERMARTI. VAI DA UN MECCANICO. SE VIENI DALL'AUTOSTRADA E SEI DI PASSAGGIO NON FIDARTI CHIEDI IL PREZZO.
If I had read the other reviews first I would not have trusted. They replaced the battery of an old caddy and I spent 216.00 euros !!!! They are courteous, they make you sit down and put you at ease. Don't trust ask the price before doing the job. They took the vehicle and locked themselves inside. From that day, it will be a case of charity, the vehicle leaks oil as if it were raining. DO NOT TRUST. ACHTUNG. NO NO NO. They try to figure out if you are a local, if you are not a local, they know that you have come off the highway for a small maintenance, they know that it is an emergency, they know that you are in a hurry and if you don't ask the price you are screwed. In my opinion it is a roadside assistance that takes advantage of the state of need. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT STOP. GO TO A MECHANIC. IF YOU COME FROM THE HIGHWAY AND ARE PASSING DO NOT TRUST ASK THE PRICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo una stella solo perché non si può metterne zero. Purtroppo ho avuto un problema col condizionatore ed ho dovuto portare la macchina da loro. Dopo due giorni mi chiamano dicendo che la macchina è pronta, mi reco in officina, aspetto mezz'ora per poi scoprire che il danno non è stato risolto e mi danno una macchina sostitutiva.
Dopodiché mi ricontrollano la macchina e il giorno dopo mi chiamano per dirmi che c'era da sostituire il condensatore perché aveva un foro. Dato che era settembre ed avevo bisogno della macchina, vado a ritirarla per poi riportargliela successivamente. Mi fanno un preventivo di 740€ per un pezzo che ne costa 300! Blocco tutto, la porto da un elettrauto che mi avrebbe fatto pagare 500€. Fortunatamente non si fida della loro valutazione e fa tutti i controlli del caso, grazie ai quali si accorge che il pezzo da cambiare era il compressore e non il condensatore. In tutto questo ho dovuto spendere molto di più perché i meccanici di malpeli mi hanno anche mandato in blocco la centralina nel cercare di risolvere un problema per cui non avevano la benché minima competenza. Spero che questa lunga recensione possa aiutare le persone a diffidare di questa officina e scegliere meccanici più qualificati ed onesti.
I only put a star because you can't put zero. Unfortunately I had a problem with the air conditioner and I had to bring the car to them. After two days they call me saying that the car is ready, I go to the workshop, wait half an hour to find out that the damage has not been resolved and they give me a replacement car.
Then they check my machine again and the next day they call me to tell me that the capacitor had to be replaced because it had a hole. Since it was September and I needed the car, I'm going to pick it up and bring it back to him later. They give me a quote of € 740 for a piece that costs 300! I block everything, I take it to an electrician who would have charged me 500 €. Fortunately, he does not trust their evaluation and makes all the necessary checks, thanks to which he realizes that the piece to be changed was the compressor and not the condenser. In all this I had to spend a lot more because the mechanics of malpeli also sent me the control unit in block in trying to solve a problem for which they did not have the slightest competence. I hope this long review will help people to be wary of this workshop and choose more qualified and honest mechanics.

Bad bodywork ... unprofessional and unspoken, they say the car will be ready in 10 days and this becomes a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con loro è stata una fregatura tempi di attesa troppo lunghi, ti chiamano riferendoti che la macchina sarebbe stata pronta per circa 20/25 gironi per poi sapere che alla fine non è stato così. Chiamandoli ripetutamente mi riferivano lo stesso problema per circa un mese mezzo come se la mia macchina fosse irreparabile.
Se l’avessi saputo prima l’avrei portata da un’altra parte e forse magari avrei speso un po’ di meno ed avrei avuto la macchina un po’ prima.
My experience with them was a rip-off, waiting times too long, they call you and tell you that the car would be ready for about 20/25 days only to know that in the end it wasn't like that. Calling them repeatedly they reported the same problem for about a month and a half as if my car was irreparable.
If I had known before I would have taken her somewhere else and maybe maybe I would have spent a little less and I would have had the car a little earlier.
