★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful hotel with amazing view, directly on Lago Maggiore. We had a very comfortable room on the third floor with breathtaking lake view. Both Outdoor and indoor Pools are clean. Hotel is a Great place either for weekend or for longer stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast service was poor, no urgency of service. It seemed the attendant staff were not clearing tables when required, we had to do it ourselves, Coffee carafes were metal and did not keep the Coffee warm, suggest insulated carafes as a solution. Room service was great and the front desk performed superbly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When staying at the grand hotel the air conditioner in my room was not working. I called to the front desk and they were prompt to send someone to check on it. They discovered that it was something to do with the programming and I was told they were going to reboot my rooms system to give it about 15 minutes. I waited a couple of hours to give it time to cool the room and when the room didn’t feel any cooler I called the front desk again and let them know it didn’t feel any cooler and could I borrow a fan for the evening. I was then told that it could not be fixed until morning and they didn’t have a fan for me to borrow. I was told to open my patio door And leave that open for air. Since I had to do that I woke this morning with a bad headache as night air does that to me. All In all it was a nice visit however with little to no sleep last night I’m in for a very long day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are tiny and the bathroom dated. Definitely too pricey for what you are getting. Friendly staff and nice large indoor pool though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great location on Lake Maggiore. We had a room that looked over the lake. The bar service and check in was fabulous and the view is beautiful. We didn't want to leave. Enjoy this great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location for a small conference or company meeting. Clean rooms with attentive floor staff. Easy check in. Quick access to local restaurants. Food services at the conference I attended was outstanding however I went out into town for dinners very close by. Beautiful views of Lake Maggiori. This hotel team does an outstanding job managing meetings. If you are eating in the hotel DO NOT be in a hurry. There’s nothing wrong with the pace of service if you are forewarned.
