Persone che alle 19.30 stanche hanno ancora il sorriso, non di circostanza, e aiutano i clienti a cercare quello di cui hanno bisogno... tanta roba. A Natale ? addirittura regalavano dei bicchieri anche carini. Bravi davvero. They have a sea of cute things. The service at the top. People who, at 7.30 pm, are tired and still smile, not out of circumstance, and help customers find what they need ... lots of stuff. At Christmas ? they even gave away some pretty glasses. Really good.
C	Carmen Dattilo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quel che è rimasto darei anche 4 stelle, ma ci sono stata l'ultima volta due giorni fa e mi è preso lo sconforto: praticamente è rimasto solo il reparto arredamenti e casa, non c'è più il negozio di giocattoli da un po' e ora anche i piani superiori sono chiusi, spero solo per ristrutturazione ma era quello che speravo anche per il negozio di giocattoli. La consegna è stata effettuata qualche mese dopo l'ordine (ottobre - febbraio), ma siamo stati avvisati dal venditore che ha subito messo in chiaro le tempistiche, legate a quelle dei fornitori, dilatate per via delle solite difficoltà legate alla pandemia. All'arrivo i prodotti erano conformi a quanto ordinato, diversamente da molte recensioni lette che riportavano errori nei materiali. La mancanza della quinta stella è data dal fatto che, alla consegna, non viene gestito, se necessario, il contatto con un noleggiatore di scale per il trasporto al piano, cosa demandata al cliente finale che si ritrova poi a dover far incrociar le disponibilità di montatori e noleggiatore scala. Niente di irrisolvibile, anzi in negozio ci è anche stato consigliato un noleggiatore, ma la cosa porta comunque qualche giro di telefonate in più.
