Un aneddoto: anni fa e entrai per la prima volta nel suo negozio poiché avevo bisogno di un nuovo cavo elettrico per il mio computer e lui senza conoscermi mi disse:- prendi questa scatola di cavi vari per diverse prese computer, te li porti a casa, ti tieni quello giusto che ti serve e mi porti la rimanenza e mi paghi il cavo utile-. Io sono rimasto sbalirdito della fiducia accordatami senza conoscermi. Se avete bisogno, andate pure ad occhi chiusi da Luca, è davvero in gamba. Per legge il commerciante non può rifiutare al cliente il pagamento tramite pos anche per una minima cifra. Lui decide lui che sotto di 30 euro non si paga con bancomat ma solo in contanti. Ho pagato in contanti ma non metterò più piede nel suo negozio. Cliente perso visto che si comporta male e non rispetta la legge. Tengo a precisare che ho comprato una cartuccia per la stampante costo 19 euro le altre volte che sono andato nel suo negozio non mi ha mai detto niente e ho pagato sempre con bancomat adesso la legge là fa lui mi ha risposto che in negozio decide lui e non si accettano i pagamenti inferiori di una certa cifra con bancomat solo in contanti. Ma chi si crede di essere assolutamente non esiste. Mai più suo cliente in più ho telefonato in negozio per avvisarlo che per legge non si può rifiutare al cliente un pagamento con bancomat mi ha risposto con saluto e mi ha chiuso chiamata senza neanche scusarsi. Tengo precisare che la gelateria che li sta a fianco il pagamento con il bancomat me lo ha accettato senza neanche farmi problema.
