I primi due ragazzi che ci hanno servito, erano disponibilissimi, ma appena siamo andati in cassa con il soundbar e chiedendo di aggiungere gente il pc che mi serviva, hanno iniziato a sbuffare facendoci capire che era ora di chiusura (19.42). Quando uno di loro ci ha detto che non avevano pezzi disponibili senza neanche controllare in magazzino, vi ha detto che se volevamo prendere quello in esposizione, dovevamo attendere il 18 (fine promo) e che il prezzo era quello di listino e non quello scontato. Abbiamo lasciato li il soundbar e siamo andati via senza comprare nulla. Non consiglierò mai a nessuno di andare in questo Unieuro. I had to buy a PC and a soundbar. R	Renato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza e inesperienza, se le cose non si sanno sarebbe meglio tacere...e poi si chiedono del perchè ormai si compra tutto sui siti di E-commerce o mettete personale qualificato oppure sarete sempre destinati a chiudere per lasciare il posto a magazzini cinesi dove conta solo il prezzo Buona fortuna. Incompetence and inexperience, if things are not known it would be better to keep quiet ... and then they wonder why now you buy everything on E-commerce sites or put qualified personnel or you will always be destined to close to give way to Chinese warehouses where only the price counts. Dopo aver acquistato 3 elettrodomestici ci è stata data una tessera raccogli punti per uno sconto sull"acquisto successivo ma si sono ben guardati dal dirci che aveva una scadenza.... Naturalmente nn ci è stata data nessuna spiegazione ??? Bad experience ... Unprepared cashier operators ... After buying 3 appliances we were given a card to collect points for a discount on the next purchase but they were careful not to tell us it had a deadline .... Il personale mi ha seguito durante tutto il processo, nonostante le "pazzie" del sito dell'Agenzia delle entrate. Great service (although the crowds drove the staff towards nervousness) I took advantage of a chain of discounts and the "TV scrapping bonus", so I gave myself a new TV by paying about 1/3 of the original cost .. The staff followed me throughout the process, despite the "madness" of the Revenue Agency website.

Ordinata per ben 2 volte ... Mi hanno ridato i soldi senza dirmi perche' non mi volevano spedire la lavatrice Alla fine la lavatrice va comprata online ...in negozio sono solo da esposizione .... Non ha molto senso ma l'ho comprata comunque da loro online a ottimo prezzo. Ora aspettiamo la consegna! Update .... I had to buy it elsewhere .... A volte ci sono anche delle buone offerte ma poi tra prodotti esauriti e offerte più vantaggiose sul loro sito, il negozio sembra essere solo per esposizione dei prodotti. Il personale inoltre è decisamente ridotto e poco preparato. Virtually half of the products on display are out of stock or not available in the store. Sometimes there are also some good offers but then between out of stock products and more advantageous offers on their site, the shop seems to be just for display of the products. The staff is also very small and poorly trained.

HO ACQUISTATO 2 MONOPATTINI TUTTI E DUE IN ASSISTENZA, ME LI HANNO CONSEGNATI DOPO MESI E MESI... HO DOVUTO PURE PAGARE L'ASSISTENZA, ( Monopattino usato solo 1 volta, perché la camera d'aria non rientra nella garanzia, e questo ovviamente non lo dicono) Nonostante tutto il tempo che mi hanno fatto perdere( un mese intero ad andare di persona perche al teléfono non rispondono?), ME L HANNO CONSEGNATO TUTTO ROVINATO CON LO SCHERMO GRAFFIATO CON 2 VITI IN MENO NEANCHE MONTATO BENE (ASSISTENZA PESSIMA COME TUTTO IL RESTO).. IL DIRETTORE inesistente, volevo pure parlare con lui non l ho MAI TROVATO. Sono PROFONDAMENTE DELUSA E AMAREGGIATA. SICURAMENTE NON TORNERÓ MAI PIÚ A COMPRARE NULLA.
