★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weeks waiting list for an appointment, 40 minutes wait just to leave your car, three days instead of two hours for servicing, expensive and charging for an unnecessary insurance, and now - no curtesy car.. why bother???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Mercedes workshop ever - even 1 star is to much!!
They were not able to install a new full pump properly. The V-belt chafed the tube of the gasoline pump and the gasoline was evaporated in the entire motor compartment.
As I ask for a pick up service, I had to wait 2h for an engineer, who was not able to fix the problem and again 1h until the requested pick up truck arrived. Compensation for the inconvenience - nothing!
