Nel frattempo vista l'ampia scelta di impastatrici ho approfittato dei consigli del tecnico sulla scelta di un modello per fare un regalo di compleanno a mia moglie. Alla fine ho acquistato un'ottima impastatrice che cuoce anche... Assistenza al top! Pre e post vendita... G	Giovanni Pretella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O portato a riparare una aspirapolvere rowenta che aveva 40 giorni di vita consegna dopo 30 giorni perché il tecnico aveva un problema di salute ok può succedere vado per ritirare.mi consegnano una aspirapolvere usurata dal tempo con evidenti tentativi di apertura con un cacciavite nella plastiche anteriore. Gli faccio notare che è rovinato di un tentativo di apertura con un cacciavite e che u tutta usurata gli dico che non è mia perché la mia era nuova. Mi risponde che è quella la mia che il codice corrisponde. Che forse avevo tentato io di aprire. Non o parole evitate di andare vi rovina la merce . Prima permette di acquistare dal sito, accetta il pagamento pay pal e dopo una settimana comunica via mail che i prodotti acquistati non sono più disponibili e "si vede costretta ad annullare l'ordine e a procedere al rimborso". Customer care inesistente e serietà sconosciuta! Unprofessional company and to be avoided absolutely. Mi hanno spiegato come fare la manutenzione periodica e mi hanno regalato un pacco di caffè. Grazie, continuate così!! Great repair center. My Saeco automatic machine is as good as new. I contacted this shop for a recall on a product purchased elsewhere and although not aware of the case, they immediately inquired with the parent company and replaced me with the appliance.
