Tutto perfetto X quello che riguarda i prodotti. ma non do il massimo perché ho aspettato abbastanza per poter avere un commesso a disposizione, mentre altri 3 erano all'interno della loro postazione senza fare nulla.... La pausa ci sta..... Ma il cliente non dovrebbe attendere così tanto. Nice place. Everything perfect X what concerns the products. but I don't give my best because I waited long enough to have a salesman available, while 3 others were inside their station without doing anything .... The break is there ..... But the customer shouldn't wait like this much.

Telephony sector ... the rudeness in being treated with disdain, perhaps because I bought the product online ... Ahimè con gli ultimi acquisti o tentativi, nn ho più trovato questa particolare predisposizione alle vendite. A febbraio ho acquistato un samsung s20fe per il quale non mi hanno caricato i punti sulla tessera e pur avendo acquistato lo scontrino e reclamato il non ricevimento della mail, questa non è mai giunta. A marzo volevo acquistare un dji 2 combo drone ma sono stato rinviato per tre volte a ripassare (alla fine l'acquistato presso altro negozio di elettronica). Ad aprile ho acquistato un sony cassa caraoche ed ho avuto brevi cenni di spiegazione quasi fosse un fastidio, (mia impressione) forse perchè utilizzavo buoni dalla stessa azienda forniti per il precedente acquisto. A novembre sono passato due volte per acquistare un sony 75x81j (1300€ compresa assicurazione), sono stato liquidato con un: non ce lo abbiamo qui solo samsung e lg, senza spiegare che era possibile ordinarlo e darmi riferimenti magari provando a capire se era possibile vendermi qualcosa anche di più prestante, premetto, in nessuno di questi casi vi era affollamento. Aggiungo che un tocco di sereno contatto col cliente non farebbe male. Un sorriso, un cenno di cortesia... non capisco cosa sia accaduto. Non era così. Per intenderci sono andato stesso marchio a Rimini, l'acquisto l'ho effettuato ma anche li non ho trovato assolutamente cortesia anzi. Evidentemente mal comune mezzo gaudio? Pubblico le foto per attestare gli avvenuti acquisti. I have purchased several products at this shop, often finding good service and the right attention in sales. Alas, with the last few purchases or attempts, I haven't found this particular predisposition to sales anymore. In April I bought a sony cassa caraoche and I had brief explanations as if it were a nuisance, (my impression) perhaps because I used vouchers from the same company supplied for the previous purchase. In November I went twice to buy a sony 75x81j (1300 € including insurance), I was liquidated with a: we don't have it here only samsung and lg, without explaining that it was possible to order it and give me references, perhaps trying to understand if it was possible to sell me something even more handsome, I state, in none of these cases there was crowding. I would add that a touch of serene contact with the customer would not hurt. A smile, a nod of courtesy ... I don't understand what happened. It was not like this. To be clear, I went to Rimini with the same brand, I made the purchase but I didn't find absolutely courtesy there either. Evidently ill common half joy? I publish the photos to certify the purchases made.
