Secretariat badly managed .. I call two hours and no one answers. I need to talk to the doctor but I can't. Always like that!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda i medici , la nota dolente è il centralino , quasi Impossibile parlarci , il più delle volte passi minuti e minuti di attesa con messaggio registrato e poi improvvisamente riagganciano , non è per niente un gran servizio.
Nothing to say regarding the doctors, the sore point is the switchboard, it is almost impossible to talk to us, more often than not minutes minutes and minutes of waiting with recorded message and then suddenly hang up, it is not a great service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo pienamente sul fatto che un centro di questa portata non debba prevedere una sola singola persona al centralino che deve gestire: le telefonate in arrivo e la clientela che si presenta all'ingresso per ritirare ricette richieste e che il centralinista in questione deve andare a far firmare ad ogni medico perdendo solo tempo. In particolare il ragazzo ha davvero un atteggiamento altezzoso e scorbutico, è maleducato e tratta le persone con maestria e superiorità. Si fa prima a contattare la NASA piuttosto che il Centro Medico Azzurro.
I fully agree that a center of this magnitude should not provide one single person at the switchboard that must manage your incoming calls and customer base which presents the entrance to collect recipes and requests that the operator in question should go to sign to every doctor losing only time. In particular the boy really has a haughty and surly attitude, he is rude and treats people with skill and superiority. First contact NASA rather than the Blue Medical Center.
