Ho pagato tanto e ho dovuto chiamare il mio tecnico x farlo sistemare, insistevano che era il mio impianto di casa a non essere buono.
Dishonest and not capable of the trade. They put up an air conditioner for me (you could say otherwise) ... I'm sorry but I don't recommend it at all.
I paid a lot and I had to call my technician to fix it, they insisted that it was my home system that wasn't good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a qualche giorno fa avevano l assistenza per Candy in garanzia. Ditta ASSOLUTAMENTE DISONESTA che non svolge l' assistenza in garanzia secondo la legge. Mi hanno rubato 35 euro per un fasullo "diritto di chiamata" (in garanzia!) e ne volevano altri 15 per la cosiddetta "diagnosi" consistita nell'aprire l'oblò della mia lavatrice in garanzia e dirmi "bisogna portarla via, sicuramente le è andato dentro qualcosa" ed elencando tutta la casistica di oggetti che potevano essere entrati tra cestello e vasca... conclusione per attribuire a me la colpa e far decadere la garanzia. Inoltre il tecnico mi dice anche che in questo caso "forse il pezzo me lo rimedieranno in garanzia ma la manodopera (tra i 100 e 150 euro) sarà a mio carico!!!" ripeto:IN GARANZIA!!!!! Ovviamente ho rifiutato, anche se purtroppo i 35 euro non dovuti li ho pagati perché il tecnico li ha pretesi. Segnalato il tutto a Candy, mi hanno fatto contattare da ditta molto più seria che ha fatto la giusta diagnosi (rottura dei cuscinetti) ed eseguita riparazione in garanzia come doveva essere, assicurandomi alla restituzione della mia lavatrice di non aver trovato nulla che fosse andato dentro per colpa mia!!!!

Reported all at Candy, I made me contact by company much more serious that he made the right diagnosis (bearing failure) and performed warranty repairs as it should be, assuring the return of my washing machine did not find anything that was gone in my fault!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per sostituire coppia di ammortizzatori per lavatrice Candy quindi segnalata a priori la problematica via telefonica. Appurato sul sito Candy che il kit ammortizzatori costa circa 30 eu, ho speso complessivamente 130 eu per un intervento tecnico della durata di 20 minuti. 100 eu di manodopera mi sembrano un po' troppi. Ho dato due stelle e non una, solo perché il tecnico è stato gentile e professionale.
Called to replace a pair of shock absorbers for Candy washing machines then reported the problem via telephone in advance. Founded on the Candy site that the shock absorber kit costs about 30 eu, I spent a total of 130 eu for a technical intervention lasting 20 minutes. 100 eu of manpower seems to me a bit too much. I gave two stars and not one, just because the technician was kind and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il 24 gennaio la mia lavastoviglie Whirlpool ADG 3756 in quanto si bloccava dopo l’avvio. I giorni successivi venivo informato dalla Ditta MAGI che per la riparazione occorrevano 250,00 Euro. Riferivo che ero disposto a spenderne al massimo 150,00 Euro visto che ha 15 anni. Non era in grado di rispondermi subito e mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Il mattino del 28 Gennaio venivo informato che non vi erano più pezzi vendibili per la mia Lavastoviglie e che non era riparabile e che mi potevano venderne una NUOVA al prezzo di Euro 350,00. Non accettando l’acquisto della nuova e quindi mi veniva chiesto di riprendere la mia al più presto. Nel pomeriggio ero al negozio come richiesto ma la lavastoviglie era ancora smontata. Mi veniva consegnata ricevuta fiscale nella quale era precisato “Necessita la sostituzione della scheda elettronica non più vendibile” totale corrispettivo Euro 20. Quindi il preventivo l’ho pagato e non è gratuito come specificato nel loro sito. Prendevo i vari componenti e li portavo ad altra società. Lasciavo l’elettrodomestico e le varie parti smontate. In data 2 marzo venivo informato che la lavastoviglie era stata riparata e che era stata solo sostituita una guarnizione. Costo della riparazione Euro 66,00 iva compresa. Come da regolare ricevuta. L’elettrodomestico ora funziona perfettamente e la valutazione del guasto era completamente sbagliata. Sono veramente indignato dell’incompetenza dimostrata dalla Magi Snc.
I brought my Whirlpool ADG 3756 dishwasher on January 24 because it was blocked after it was started. The following days I was informed by the MAGI company that 250.00 euros were needed for the repair. I reported that I was willing to spend up to € 150.00 as a 15 year old. He was not able to answer me right away and they would let me know. On the morning of January 28th I was informed that there were no more pieces that could be sold for my dishwasher and that it was not repairable and that I could sell a NEW one at a price of 350.00 euros. I received a receipt in which was specified "It requires the replacement of the electronic card no longer sellable" total amount of Euro 20. So I paid the estimate and is not free as specified on their site. I took the various components and took them to another company. I left the appliance and the various parts disassembled. On 2 March I was informed that the dishwasher had been repaired and that only a gasket had been replaced. Cost of repair Euro 66.00 including VAT. As per regular receipt. The appliance now works perfectly and the evaluation of the fault was completely wrong. I am truly outraged by the incompetence shown by Magi Snc.

I called them about the washing machine and in all honesty they told me what it was and they wouldn't even come to charge me for the call and tell me unrepairable.
