Mi sono sentito a casa mia ho trovato molta pazienza e gentilezza. A really nice shop, a large selection of items of different prices, I have not purchased but I will go back because I liked it very much. I felt at home I found a lot of patience and kindness.

Ho acquistato un anello per la la mia futura moglie nel mese di ottobre con consegna di scontrino regalo per un eventuale cambio di misura. Ai primi di Novembre ci rechiamo per il cambio misura e ci viene stimata una tempistica di un mese circa. A fine Dicembre (il 23/12) senza nessuna comunicazione da parte del negozio e dopo alcune sollecitazioni scopriamo che finalmente l'anello è in magazzino. Si reca solo la mia ragazza per il cambio dell'anello con scontrino regalo e al momento della sostituzione le viene consegnato lo scontrino con tanto di prezzo!!!!!!!!. Ora non tanto per il prezzo in sé, in quanto è più importante il significato simbolico, quanto perché se è un regalo tale deve rimanere. Contatto il negozio e mi viene risposto che è di prassi ed è il sistema in automatico che rilascia lo scontrino con il prezzo, senza alcuna scusa e sostenendo che è la procedura corretta. Straniato dalla spiegazione e dalla funzionalità di uno scontrino regalo contatto il servizio clienti di Stroili nazionale e mi viene confermato che assolutamente il prezzo avrebbe dovuto essere omesso anche sul nuovo scontrino, scusandosi per l'errore arrecato. Sono veramente deluso sia per l'assistenza post vendita che definirei inesistente e sia per la presa in giro telefonica. Mi spiace anche se sicuramente poco conterà avete perso un cliente, anzi due. Marriage promise disappointment. I purchased a ring for my future wife in October with delivery of a gift receipt for a possible change of size. In early November we go for the change of size and we are estimated to have a time frame of about a month. At the end of December (23/12) without any communication from the shop and after some solicitations we discover that the ring is finally in stock. Only my girlfriend goes to change the ring with a gift receipt and at the time of replacement the receipt is given with a price !!!!!!!!. Now not so much for the price itself, as the symbolic meaning is more important, as because if it is such a gift it must remain. I contact the shop and I am told that it is normal and it is the automatic system that issues the receipt with the price, without any excuse and claiming that it is the correct procedure. Distraught by the explanation and functionality of a gift receipt, I contact the Stroili national customer service and I am confirmed that absolutely the price should also have been omitted on the new receipt, apologizing for the error caused. I am really disappointed both for the after-sales service that I would define as non-existent and for the telephone teasing. I am sorry even if surely little will count if you have lost a customer, or rather two.

L	Luigi Cipriano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ volevo solo dire che tra me è la mia fidanzato ci abbiamo lasciato presso di voi al centro commerciale campi dei fiori di Gavirate, la bellezza di più di 2000 euro la mia fidanzata scinardo rosa aveva un voucher di più di €.90 da spendere entro il 15 maggio 2021 e siccome questo giorno voi eravate chiusi per questione della pandemia, ci siamo presentati ieri 17 maggio 2021 sentendoci dire che non era più valido mi dispiace noi non verremmo più a spendere neanche una lira presso di voi e in più così gli diciamo a qualsiasi nostro amicio che siete dei negozi pochi seri perché si poteva accettare perché non abbia speso poco presso di voi e da noi non sarete più presi in considerazione staff zero zero e pochi seri delusione totale di stroili. Sono veramente deluso sia per l'assistenza post vendita che definirei inesistente e sia per la presa in giro telefonica. Mi spiace anche se sicuramente poco conterà avete perso un cliente, anzi due. Ci vado spesso in occasione di regali e sono sempre stati molto apprezzati.
