Non ne ero a conoscenza e non hanno pensato di informarmi tenendosi il bracciale. Grazie! Ho già scritto a Pandora ma essendo un'edizione limitata dovrò rimanere senza anche avendone diritto. Nel periodo di garanzia dello stesso, l'ho portato da loro a stringere perché si era allargato, effettivamente come previsto, però molto di più di quanto credevo, cioè due centimetri, quindi non riuscivo a indossarlo, ma soprattutto avevo paura di urtare il bracciale e romperlo (ovviamente, non rientrava nella garanzia questo tipo di lavoro, ma poco importa, pur di indossarlo in comodità ho pagato). Dopo di che una volta che l'hanno stretto, a distanza di qualche mese si è rotto il gancio. Purtroppo non è più riparabile ed è fuori garanzia per un mese esatto. Quindi tutto questo per spiegare che adesso mi trovo senza poter indossare il mio bracciale, con un valore non solo economico, ma affettivo e per dire anche che mi sono trovata una porta chiusa in faccia con arroganza e l'unico sforzo che hanno fatto per venirmi in contro è stato di propormi un misero sconto de 10% sul'acquisto di un nuovo bracciale. Quindi finché sei un ''buon cliente'' tutto fila liscio, se invece devi ricevere assistenza, il loro servizio è davvero limitato. Sconsiglio. So as long as you are a '' good customer '' everything runs smoothly, if instead you have to receive assistance, their service is really limited. I do not recommend.
