F	Fernando Milone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un abito per cerimonia e le mie 2 stelle sono per atelier che è molto fornito ed è grandissimo, ma per il resto non mi sono trovato per niente bene. Ho prenotato il vestito a marzo del 2017 e l'ho indossato per la prima volta a fine settembre 2017 ed inoltre la taglia era sbagliata, quindi ho dovuto aspettare altre 3 settimane(fate un po voi i conti), è vero che a me serviva per novembre 2017, ma mi avevano assicurato che l'abito arrivava massimo entro 60 giorni. Nel tempo dell'attesa mi dicevano sempre che dopo qualche giorno mi chiamavano per aggiornarmi, ma puntualmente non è stato fatto solo quando è arrivato l'abito sono stato avvisato. Infine nella scelta dell'abito i commessi mi consigliavano semplicemente quello che costava di più senza porre attenzione sui miei gusti e sul mio baget I bought a suit for ceremonies and my 2 stars are for ateliers which is very well stocked and very large, but otherwise I didn't feel well at all. I booked the dress in March 2017 and I wore it for the first time in late September 2017 and also the size was wrong, so I had to wait another 3 weeks (you do the math a bit), it is true that I needed it for November 2017, but they had assured me that the dress was maxed out within 60 days. In the waiting time they always told me that after a few days they called me to update me, but punctually it was not done only when the dress arrived I was warned. Finally, in choosing the dress, the sales staff simply recommended what it cost the most without paying attention to my tastes and my baget

La persona che mi ha "seguito", da quanto ho capito, era il direttore. Ebbene, più che un abito da sposo sembrava dovessi comprare una tuta o giù di lì. Evito di riportare le singole espressioni poco professionali, basterà dire che ho ricevuto un trattamento sbrigativo e superficiale, sembrava quasi mi stesse facendo un piacere! Mai più. I went to this atelier because I was looking for a wedding suit and from the first approach it all seemed surreal. The person who "followed" me, as I understand it, was the manager. Well, more than a wedding suit it seemed I had to buy a suit or so. I avoid reporting the individual unprofessional expressions, it will suffice to say that I received a hasty and superficial treatment, it seemed as if I was doing me a favor! Never again.

Gli abiti valgono quello che costano. Le modifiche comprese nel prezzo (e non è da tutti) e nella consegna sono stati abbastanza rapidi. Decisamente lo consiglio . We got two dresses, one for me and one for my mother. We were looked after by Marilù and I couldn't have asked for better. Professional and kind. The clothes are worth what they cost. The changes included in the price (and not for everyone) and in the delivery were fast enough. I definitely recommend it.
