★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato svariate volte in questo atelier e mi è sempre piaciuta la professionalità e il garbo con cui i clienti vengono serviti. Ho provato a scorrere i commenti precedenti al mio e mi ha sinceramente nauseata il fatto che alcune persone sembrino scioccate dal fatto che i commessi usino vezzeggiativi tipici del bellissimo dialetto napoletano. Io, al contrario, apprezzo e ammiro l’abilità di chi, mantenendo tutta la signorilità di questo mondo, sia in grado di usare intercalari nostrani per poter conferire un colore diverso ad un complimento o per mettere la cliente maggiormente a proprio agio. Adoro il commesso di Carbone, non so il suo nome ma è sempre così disponibile e divertente che dev’essere un assoluto piacere anche solo lavorarci insieme. Oggi sono stata servita dalla signora Angela, gentilissima e molto professionale.
Ho acquistato un vestito meraviglioso e sono molto soddisfatta di questo atelier.

I love Carbone's salesman, I don't know his name but he is always so helpful and fun that it must be an absolute pleasure just to work with him. Today I was served by Mrs. Angela, very kind and very professional.
I bought a wonderful dress and I am very satisfied with this atelier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato settimana scorsa il mio ragazzo in atelier per scegliere un abito per la festa dei suoi 30 anni, siamo stati serviti da Donato e siamo rimasti meravigliati dalla sua gentilezza e professionalità con la quale ci ha seguito e consigliato dal nostro ingresso fino all’acquisto del capo. Davvero tanti complimenti all’atelier e al sopracitato commesso che ci ha completamente soddisfatti e soprattutto fatto fare una gran bella figura il giorno dell’evento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio grandissimo a 2 piani con vasta scelta di abiti . Io racconto la mia esperienza che non è stata molto positiva.
Misuro un abito di cui mi innamoro , decido di acquistarlo e nello specchiarmi x controllare eventuali anomalie del vestito , mi accorgo che ci sono delle macchie evidenti dietro sulla gonna . La commessa chiama la proprietaria la quale mi dice di farmi uno sconto se l'avessi preso oppure di portarlo direttamente loro in lavanderia. Così chiedo loro di portarlo in lavanderia e nel caso le macchie si fossero tolte l'avrei acquistato . Dopo una settimana mi chiamano dicendo che l'abito era pronto e che mi avrebbero accontentato facendomi gli aggiusti sartoriali. Mi recò in negozio, misuro l'abito sul quale erano presenti ancora delle piccolissime macchioline ma vabbe nulla di grave, x necessità decido di acquistarlo e così mi dicono che gli aggiusti non si possono fare e in più senza farmi nemmeno un piccolos sconto.. Io dico .. va bene il vestito macchiato , ma in un negozio del genere con abiti di un certo prezzo ci dovrebbero essere abiti di prova e abiti inbustati x evitare inconvenienti. Cmq non sono rimasta contenta xke PER NECESSITÀ, non perché sono stupida, ho acquistato un abito di 300 euro macchiato che hanno misurato centinaia di persone senza neanche uno sconto e x di più presa in giro xke a meno di 3 giorni dall'evento mi sono trovata un abito da dover accorciare ! Mi dispiace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai anni che frequento questo negozio per ogni cerimonie, mio marito ha acquistato l’abito per il nostro matrimonio ed è stato aiutato da Donato, un ragazzo davvero squisito gentile e molto professionale. Io invece, così come mia mamma e mia sorella mi faccio aiutare sempre da Michele, un professionista in grado di consigliarti in primis sull’abito più adatto a te, ma poi anche su tutti gli accessori più idonei. Gli abiti di questo negozi sono veramente molto belli, ma credo che ciò che faccia la differenza sia il servizio offerto da Michele e Donato che, a mio avviso, sono dei perni fondamentali della struttura

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo state accolte, seguite e consigliate dalla Signora Lucia. Davvero bravissima e gentile. Il negozio è davvero super. Lucia ha trovato l’abito giusto per un matrimonio sia a me che a mia mamma. Ci ha fatto provare ogni tipo di abito fino a quando non ha trovato quello perfetto e adatto a noi. Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Personale fantastico anche nel reparto uomo.
We were welcomed, followed and advised by Mrs. Lucia. Really very good and kind. The shop is really super. Lucia found the right dress for a wedding for both me and my mom. She made us try on all kinds of dresses until she found the perfect one that suited us. Absolutely positive experience. Fantastic staff also in the men's department.

È stata la prima volta che mi sono recata da Carbone Chic e sono rimasta molto molto contenta per la vasta scelta dei capi tutti molto belli, ma soprattutto per la professionalità dello staff, in particolar modo di Vanessa, non potevo essere servita e consigliata da commessa migliore che con la sua professionalità , pazienza e passione nel mestiere che svolge, mi ha stupita nel consigliarmi e nel farmi acquistare un abito importante.
Non finirò mai di ringraziarla per avermi fatto indossare un abito meraviglioso (mi ha fatto ricevere complimenti da tutti) , in un occasione per me importantissima.
Grazie ancora, ci rivedremo presto?

It was the first time I went to Carbone Chic and I was very very happy for the wide choice of very beautiful garments, but above all for the professionalism of the staff, especially Vanessa, I could not be served and recommended by a saleswoman better than with his professionalism, patience and passion in the profession he carries out, he surprised me in advising me and making me buy an important suit.

Ho trovato persone così cordiali ed empatiche che mi hanno portato ad esprimere me stesso, in particolare Donato e Silvana, che mi hanno mostrato abiti semplici, ma con quella particolarità che cercavo da sempre per il mio giorno.
Tanto che l’ho acquistato in pochissimo tempo.
Professionalità, empatia e disponibilità sono le parole perfette per queste persone. Chiedete di loro in atelier, sapranno come soddisfare le vostre esigenze!

C erano Tutte le taglie e tutti i colori.. ambiente molto accogliente dalla ragazza che ci ha accolto con garbo e ci ha fatti accomodare... ci ha servito il mitico MICHELE dalla simpatia innata... che dopo tanti anni di lavoro sa come accostare i clienti!!!!
