Però entrata nel negozio, priva di idee sono stata subito aiutata.. le mie esigenze sono state capite al volo senza tante spiegazioni! Grazie mille per il fantastico lavoro che fate! Tant'è che al giorno del mio matrimonio mi sono resa conto che non mi avevano fatto l'orlo ( da me richiesto due volte) abbastanza su perché evitassi di calpestarlo . Non consigliero' questo negozio a nessuno Staff apparently polite in choosing the wedding dress, but later it was found very rude and listless in the changes. Volevo però pensarci un po' prima di fare la scelta definitiva ma la titolare è stata talmente insistente, rimarcando in continuazione che secondo lei se una cosa piace non c'è bisogno di pensarci, che sono uscita dal negozio col pensiero di non tornare mai più! Un peccato perché se fosse stata meno insistente probabilmente sarei tornata. Inoltre, a differenza del negozio dove poi ho comprato l'abito, non ho ricevuto alcun preventivo scritto, nessun riferimento all'abito ma solo un prezzo indicativo detto a voce. R	Rossana Carnevali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono trovata MALISSIMO! il vestito mi è stato consegnato 3 giorni prima del matrimonio ,nonostante l avessi scelto più di 6 mesi prima! fatte solo 2 prove di cui una piena di ritocchi fatti sul posto con il filo da imbastitura,che non è dtato sostituito !risultato il vestiti si è rotto durante il matrimonio! La padrona del atelier nel consegnarmelo è stata oltremodo maleducata ed arrogante !non posso di certo consigliare questo negozio a nessuna sposa che voglia essere seguita in un giorno così importante con professionalità e competenza senza contare la gentilezza! Il problema per me è stato l'atteggiamento della proprietaria: insistente e davvero poco professionale. Ha tutti vestiti di taglie minuscole 40-42 e si spazientisce se il vestito non si chiude e ti ci sttizza dentro con Modi sgarbati e molto sbrigativa, dentro anche a scarpe scomodissime. Inizia a dirti quanto stai bene con quel vestito e se non approvi ti dice che non hai le idee chiare e ti risponde che tanto dalla concorrenza non troverai mai niente al suo livello. Sinceramente sono contenta di non aver trovato qui l'abito perché non mi sono sentita a mio agio.. Inoltre è possibile apportare qualunque tipo di modifica al modello scelto. Sul mio la signora Carmela ha fatto un'opera d'arte e l'ho pagato decisamente poco. Sempre più atelier capiscono che ormai poche spose hanno voglia di spendere cifre assurde per un vestito che si indossa solo un giorno. Ma la cura dedicata alle sezioni outlet deve essere comunque la stessa, come nel caso della signora Carmela, un po' burbera all'inizio ma molto simpatica. Consiglio di farselo consegnare almeno una settimana prima del matrimonio e ricontrollare insieme tutti i dettagli e le cuciture...
