Siamo state subito accolte dalla gentilezza e dalla cordialità dalle persone dello staff, che si sono prese cura di noi, soddisfando ogni particolare richiesto. Gli abiti sono bellissimi e di ottima qualità! I visited a few days ago in the Caserta atelier, in the company of a friend who is looking for her wedding dress. We were immediately welcomed by the kindness and friendliness of the staff, who took care of us, satisfying every detail requested. The clothes are beautiful and of excellent quality!

Sicuramente c'è una Scelta molto vasta di abiti da sposa, peccato per i prezzi troppo alti, alcuni abiti proposti non avevano il valore da loro indicato Serious and professional staff but not very empathetic, rigidity in the approach with customers that does not suit the environment! Surely there is a very wide choice of wedding dresses, too bad for the prices too high, some dresses proposed did not have the value indicated by them

Le ragazze gentili ma si vede che lavorano in un ambiente bacchettone.La signora il giorno della mia prova ha rimproverato sia la ragazza che mi teneva l'abito che mia suocera perche' ha fatto una domanda. Me ne sono andata senza nemmeno finire la prova e aver comprato nessun abito. Non lo consiglio, o meglio andateci se il vostro budget e' alto, altrimenti verrete trattate come tale. Bad reception, the lady I think is the cold owner not at all brought to put you at ease. The girls are nice but you can see that they work in a bigoted environment. The lady on the day of my test scolded both the girl who kept me the dress and my mother-in-law because she asked a question. I left without even finishing my rehearsal and buying any clothes. I do not recommend it, or rather go there if your budget is high, otherwise you will be treated as such.

Fin dal nostro primo incontro sono stata accolta dalla signora Tressi, una persona di rara gentilezza e umanità, che ha immediatamente capito cosa stessi cercando ed ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta di modifiche all'abito scelto, coordinando lei personalmente tutte le operazioni sartoriali. I tessuti poi, sono incantevoli e preziosi, e, sinceramente, di questi tempi, trovo che sia anche questa ormai una rarità riservata a pochi atelier. Ho allegato qualche foto non professionale scattata con cellulare, la qualità non è esaltata da nessun filtro o luce particolare. Consigliatissimo I warmly thank Mrs. Tressi and all the staff for their professionalism, kindness and availability. From our first meeting I was welcomed by Mrs. Tressi, a person of rare kindness and humanity, who immediately understood what I was looking for and fulfilled my every request for changes to the chosen dress, personally coordinating all the tailoring operations. The fabrics are enchanting and precious, and, frankly, these days, I find that this too is now a rarity reserved for a few ateliers. I have attached some unprofessional photos taken with a mobile phone, the quality is not enhanced by any particular filter or light. Highly recommended
