Scarsa varietà di abiti tra cui scegliere ma soprattutto molta arroganza da parte delle consulenti. Basti sapere che mi sono sentita dire testuali parole: "dovresti ringraziarci per tutti gli abiti che ti stiamo facendo provare". Non aggiungo altro perché non ce n è bisogno. Far sentire a proprio agio la cliente e mostrarsi gentili è la base. Nella sede di Casagiove mancano proprio tali requisiti. Sconsigliatissimo! For me, going to this atelier was not the dream experience I thought ... Lack of variety of clothes to choose from but above all a lot of arrogance on the part of the consultants. Suffice it to say that I heard the exact words: "you should thank us for all the clothes we're letting you try on". I don't add anything else because there is no need. Making the customer feel comfortable and being kind is the basis. In the Casagiove office these requisites are lacking. Not recommended!
A	Alessandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È semplicemente inammissibile essere trattati con arroganza quando indecisi sull’acquistare un abito di 4,5 mila €… Immagino che le consulenti prendano un incentivo sulle vendite, ma mettere il cliente sotto pressione o fare i conti in tasca, è inaccettabile. Peraltro quando il mio desiderio di non andare sul sartoriale ma mantenersi su abiti di Selection era stato completamente ignorato. It is simply inadmissible to be treated with arrogance when undecided about buying a dress for € 4.5 thousand ... I guess consultants take a sales incentive, but putting pressure on the client or doing the math in the pocket is unacceptable. Moreover, when my desire not to go into tailoring but to stick to Selection's clothes had been completely ignored.

Dal primo all ultimo desiderio che ho espresso, sono riuscita a realizzare presso il meraviglioso atelier di Casagiove. In particolare voglio ringraziare e salutare con immenso affetto la signora Annamaria, la migliore nel suo campo (ve lo assicuro) ,la cui passione le risplende in volto e con la sicurezza e l attenzione quasi materna mi ha aiutato a rendere il mio abito perfetto e spettacolare.. Ringrazio la dolcissima Michela, che ha saputo consigliarmi tutto, dalle scarpe al fermaglio nei capelli, alla postura, tutto❤️...verrò a trovarvi per un caffè insieme ❤️???infinitamente grazie ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️????? I thank the sweet Michela, who was able to advise me on everything, from the shoes to the clip in the hair, to the posture, everything❤️ ... K	Katelyn Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreign buyer, I was worried because of my poor Italian, that I wouldn't have the dress experience I was hoping for, but my concerns were met with a wonderful consultant who gave me a professional, attuned, kind and fun experience and I was able to speak in English. Nancy was fabulous and I would highly recommend requesting for her personally. The place itself is exquisite and elegant and the dresses gorgeous. Thank you Nancy and Atelier Signore for a wonderful experience.
