★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale e’ gentile . Purtroppo il rapporto qualità prezzo e’ molto basso. Ho notato negli anni un progressivo deterioramento dei capi e del confezionamento . Scadente. Peccato. Era una bella casa di moda.
The staff is kind. Unfortunately, the value for money is very low. Over the years I have noticed a progressive deterioration of the garments and of the packaging. Poor. Pity. It was a beautiful fashion house.

Ho sempre comprato da Luisa Spagnoli, ma nell'ultimo anno la qualità vale meno di zero. I prezzi sono rimasti alti. Ho comprato un capo di lana da 200 euro e durante il lavaggio pur avendo seguito le indicazioni di lavaggio, mi si è ristretto ed infeltrito. Portato tutto al negozio per chiedere un cambio ma mi è stato risposto dall'azienda che ero stata io a sbagliare il lavaggio. Ormai il capo può essere usato solo come pezza.
Avevo inoltre ho comprato 2 mesi fa una mantella che si sta via via distruggendo senza averla lavata. I bottoni si sono rotti e staccati e il tessuto consumato.
Il personale del negozio è stato cordiale , ma non comprerò più nulla perché la qualità è troppo scadente.
Bad quality
I've always bought from Luisa Spagnoli, but in the last year the quality is worth less than zero. Prices remained high. I bought a 200 euro wool garment and while washing it, despite having followed the washing instructions, it shrunk and felted. I took everything to the shop to ask for a change but was told by the company that I was the one who did the wrong washing. Now the garment can only be used as a piece.
I also bought a cape 2 months ago that is gradually destroying without washing it. Buttons broke and peeled off and fabric worn out.
The shop staff were friendly but I will not buy anything anymore as the quality is too poor.
