★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese e impegnato a chiacchierare invece di servire i clienti. Sono entrata per un abito da cerimonia e non ho ricevuto nessuna assistenza, sono stata persino aggredita verbalmente per aver preso la gruccia di un abito che ero sul punto di chiedere di provare.
 Rude and busy staff talking instead of serving customers. I went in for a formal dress and received no assistance, I was even verbally assaulted for taking the hanger of a dress I was about to ask to try.
