Ho portato loro una Pinarello senza molto preavviso, mi hanno risolto il problema, ed altri che non sapevo di avere in mezza giornata, prima della chiusura estiva... Tutto ciò a prezzi modici e soprattutto con cortesia, quest'ultima ormai merce rara. Posto consigliato. Activity run by young guys who immediately show experience. I brought them a Pinarello without much notice, they solved my problem, and others that I didn't know I had in half a day, before the summer closure ... All this at reasonable prices and above all with courtesy, the latter now a rare commodity. Recommended place.

In più mi hanno messo sulla bici l'adesivo del loro negozio senza la mia autorizzazione. In risposta le voglio dire che ho specificato che la bici era stata acquistata su internet, comunque prima di effettuare il lavoro avreste dovuto dirmi che la riparazione non era in garanzia in modo da poter valutare se restituirla e farmi rimborsare (mi era arrivata da 2 giorni e non è costata poco) o proseguire con la riparazione. Avete voluto la fattura quindi ho dato per scontato che era coperta da garanzia, voi avete l'assistenza quindi io porto un prodotto in garanzia a chi ha l'assistenza. Ho pagato senza fare storie perché faccio così sempre, le recensioni si fanno anche per lamentarsi certo non devo chiedere il permesso. p	pietroluigi marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrosa Avevo portato la mia bici elettrica per un guasto al display di bordo , dopo 3 settimane e varie richieste di risoluzione Ho dovuto chiamare io la ditta Five per avere notizie del problema, e dopo che il sig Montalto ha chiarito con l’assistenza il problema della bici Mi è stato riferito che dovevo pagare 150€ per la sostituzione del display e non mi dava nessuna garanzia della riuscita dell’intervento. Non avendo acconsentito a farmi seguire il problema della suddetta ditta mi veniva richiesta la cifra di 20€ per un ipotetica messa a punto del motore ( che io non avevo richiesto) Mi auguro che la five firnitore della ditta Montalto cambi distributore per Cosenza.
