★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la voglia di noleggiare 2 moto per fare un tour della Calabria, chiamo per maggiori informazioni. Mi risponde Antonio dicendomi di scrivere una mail e prenotare cosi invece che sul sito .
Mando la suddetta subito dopo e da li nessuna risposta.
Dopo 2 settimane ancora nessuna risposta quindi ho scritto loro su Instagram, Whatsapp (William) p.s. (tutti visualizzati) e una terza Mail, niente!!. Chiamo 3 volte Antonio e neanche si degna di rispondere!!
Sono davvero deluso e scandalizzato da come vengono trattai i potenziali clienti, neanche la decenza di una risposta.
Sono curioso di vedere che scuse scriverete qui sotto.

After 2 weeks still no answer so I wrote them on Instagram, Whatsapp (William) p.s. (all displayed) and a third Mail, nothing !!. I call Antonio 3 times and he doesn't even deign to answer !!
I am really disappointed and shocked at how potential customers are treated, not even the decency of a response.
I am curious to see what excuses you will write below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' uno specchietto per allodole credere nella garanzia di due più tre anni il tutto decantato dal negozio moto Gualtieri di Crotone e G-Moto di Cosenza. Ho appena acquistato lo scooter People S 300 , lo stesso giorno mi avvio e vola la sigla della moto, dopo una settimana vola via il bauletto posteriore rotolando sull'asfalto. Il concessionario di Cosenza in Via Milano 28 si giustifica dicendo che il bauletto ( dal costo di 136 euro) è uno corpo esterno accessorio , quindi non in garanzia , mentre la sigla ( dal costo di 2-3 euro ) è in garanzia. Ora ho timore se vola qualcos'altro!!! . Il mio scooter ha appena 120 km e mi pento di averlo acquistato a KR da Gualtieri Gianni ( senz'altro non colpevole di questi fatti) , ma il fornitore è G-Moto di Cosenza che sconsiglio a tutti vivamente . Avrei preferito acquistarlo alla concessionaria Gymco di Catanzaro o Reggio Calabria . N.B. HO ACQUISTATO LO SCOOTER NUOVO SENZA NEMMENO AVER AVUTO UN CASCO IN OMAGGIO che in genere altre concessionarie fanno: VERGOGNA!

It is a lark mirror to believe in the two plus three year warranty, all praised by the Gualtieri motorcycle shop in Crotone and G-Moto in Cosenza. I just bought the People S 300 scooter, the same day I start up and the motorbike code flies, after a week the rear case flies away rolling on the asphalt. The Cosenza dealer in Via Milano 28 justifies itself by saying that the top case (costing 136 euros) is an accessory external body, therefore not under warranty, while the initials (costing 2-3 euros) are under warranty. Now I'm afraid if something else flies !!! . My scooter has just 120 km and I regret having bought it in KR from Gualtieri Gianni (certainly not guilty of these facts), but the supplier is G-Moto from Cosenza which I strongly advise against. I would have preferred to buy it at the Gymco dealership in Catanzaro or Reggio Calabria. N.B. I PURCHASED THE NEW SCOOTER WITHOUT EVEN HAVING A FREE HELMET that other dealerships generally do: SHAME!

Mi hanno anche fatto da intermediari con la casa madre Kawasaki per l'ottenimento di un documento per la mia moto.
I was in this dealership a few weeks ago. Very nice and professional staff. Quick check-up of the bike without an appointment, with fine tuning of the chain. They also acted as intermediaries with the Kawasaki parent company to obtain a document for my bike.

Comunicazione inesistente, all'acquisto di due specchietti per piaggio beverly di colore nero mi sono arrivati grigio satinato, ho contattato l'azienda ma sembrano spariti, avete perso un cliente che tratta molti ricambi scooter oltre a farvi una cattiva pubblicità.
Hi, 0 I can't put it otherwise ... Communication non-existent, when buying two mirrors for piaggio beverly in black I got satin gray, I contacted the company but they seem to have disappeared, you have lost a customer who deals with many scooter spare parts over to give you bad publicity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionali come mi avevano detto. Ho acquistato da loro la mia prima moto in assoluto circa un mesetto fa, una Brixton Crossfire 500. William e Antonio hanno saputo consigliarmi e dopo un paio di giorni ho deciso di procedere all'acquisto, moto ordinata e come promesso dopo poche settimane è arrivata come avevano detto, e quando ho avuto dubbi o domande hanno sempre risposto a tutto in maniera chiara .
Inutile dire che mi ci sto divertendo come un ragazzetto (ho 31 anni), e sto macinando chilometri su chilometri.
Seri e alla mano anche gli altri ragazzi, avevo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con un casco preso da poco, tempo zero mandato in assistenza e risolto il problema nel giro di pochissimi giorni, e anche su un dubbio banale sulla moto, mi hanno subito controllato il mezzo e mi hanno tranquillizzato.
Quindi che dire, trovare qui un servizio così non è cosa facile e scontata!

Professional as they told me. I bought from them my first bike ever about a month ago, a Brixton Crossfire 500. William and Antonio were able to advise me and after a couple of days I decided to proceed with the purchase, bike ordered and as promised after a few weeks it arrived as they said, and when I had doubts or questions they always answered everything clearly.
Needless to say, I'm having fun like a kid (I'm 31), and I'm grinding miles after miles.
Serious and easy going the other guys too, I had a little unexpected with a helmet recently taken, no time sent for assistance and solved the problem within a few days, and even on a trivial doubt about the bike, they immediately checked the half and reassured me.
So what to say, finding a service like this here is not easy and obvious!
