★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbe avvisare quando un capo viene rovinato, ed avere una assicurazione per risarcire il danno invece niente pure il lavaggio ho dovuto pagare. Poco professionale in questo caso.
Should warn when a garment is damaged, and have insurance to compensate for the damage but nothing even the washing I had to pay. Unprofessional in this case.
