★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa concessionaria merita 5 stelle, mi ero trovato bene quando ero andato per farmi fare il preventivo per l acquisto della vespa dopo averla acquistata devo dire a distanza di un anno che mi sono trovato bene anche per il servizio post vendita sia per quanto riguarda il tagliando, sia per un intervento che hanno dovuto fare per un richiamo di piaggio ,infatti mi hanno agevolato sia per quando ero disponibile io e loro per darmi lo scooter di cortesia. Dopo la mia esperienza mi sento di consigliare questa concessionaria sia per l acquisto che per la manutenzione devo dire che sono veramente onesti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, probabilmente hanno troppi clienti e ne vogliono perdere qualcuno per alleggerire il lavoro. Per ben due volte consecutive che avevo bisogno dell’ officina mi hanno detto o aspetta tra circa un mese che le diamo appuntamento o va magari da un’altra parte (tra l’altro avevo un piccolissimo problema da risolvere che richiedeva poco tempo ) , ora o sono completamente disorganizzati o bisogna che si decidono se avere un briciolo di professionalità. Inoltre in un altra occasione volevo provare il nuovo beverly ed anche lì prima avevano poche informazioni da darmi e sapevano poco o nulla dei dati tecnici, poi quando ho chiesto appuntamento per provarlo hanno detto che non si poteva!
Sono ormai cliente di un altro centro Piaggio ma credo che anche la casa madre dovrebbe fare un minimo di controlli per evitare che un marchio storico finisca in mano a scappati di casa!
What can I say, they probably have too many customers and they want to lose a few to lighten their work. For two consecutive times that I needed the workshop they told me or wait in about a month that we will give you an appointment or maybe go somewhere else (among other things I had a very small problem to solve that took a short time), now either they are completely disorganized or they need to decide whether to have a shred of professionalism. Also on another occasion I wanted to try the new beverly and even there before they had little information to give me and knew little or nothing about the technical data, then when I asked for an appointment to try it they said that it could not!
I am now a customer of another Piaggio center but I believe that the parent company should also carry out a minimum of checks to avoid that a historic brand ends up in the hands of runaways!
