★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazzo che sa fare bene il suo lavoro, ma molto furbo e ingannevole.
Gli si richiede nello specifico cosa sistemare e lui (dicendo di non aver capito) fa tutt altro lavoro facendoti spendere di più di ciò che tu gli avessi chiesto. Se lasci la bici già sistemata, più di un giorno in negozio c'è una quota aggiuntiva. Il fatto è che questa cosa c'è scritta in piccolo sotto la cassa e lui non te la fa presente. Ma quando vai a ritirare la bicicletta qualche gg dopo ti fa pagare la quota di "parcheggio" in officina. Credo di non tornare più.

He is specifically asked what to fix and he (saying he did not understand) does other work by making you spend more on what you asked him to do. If you leave the bike already settled, more than a day in the shop there is an additional fee. The fact is that this thing is written in small letters under the chest and he does not make it present to you. But when you go to pick up the bike a few days later it makes you pay the "parking" fee in the workshop. I think I never come back.
