Chiamai per avere notizie ma dissero che il corriere aveva provato a consegnare e in casa non c'era nessuno pertanto avevano depositato il pacco in posta. Non potevo recarmi in posta anche perché non avevo nessun tagliando visto che il corriere non è mai passato a casa mia difattivi è sempre qualcuno è di corrieri nemmeno l'ombra . Chiedo quindi di annullare l'ordine e di ripetere l'ordine negandomene la possibilità in quanto avevano già rimesso i soldi del corriere a mio avviso a me non imputabile visto che non scelgo io il corriere. Ho effettuato un nuovo ordine in autonomia ma riconoscendo i miei dati mi hanno subito annullato il nuovo ordine. Secondo me non sono stati assolutamente professionali. I placed a cash on delivery order (I don't have a credit card) but the package never arrived. I called for news but they said that the courier had tried to deliver and there was no one at home so they had deposited the package in the post office. I could not go to the post office also because I did not have any coupons since the courier has never passed to my house in fact it is always someone is not even the shadow of couriers. I therefore ask you to cancel the order and to repeat the order, denying the possibility as they had already paid the courier's money in my opinion not attributable to me since I do not choose the courier. I placed a new order on my own but recognizing my data, they immediately canceled the new order. In my opinion they weren't absolutely professional.
