★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, 2 anni fa ho fatto sostituire la frizione idrostatica del mio trattorino 20hp usurata dopo 7 anni, x una spesa di 1000 euro . La settimana scorsa lo riporto a riparare visto che non funziona e mi dicono che è la frizione usurata, , sostituita da loro 2 anni fa , quindi con 2 estate di lavoro , circa 50 tagli e che costa 600 euro ripararlo. Quindi il mio sospetto è che il pezzo sostituito non era nuovo ma revisionato o che non sia stato montato correttamente. Dimostrando tutto il mio disappunto mi hanno liquidato dicendo che avrebbero riportato il trattorino a casa senza farmi pagare il trasporto e che potevo portarlo a riparare dove volevo. Così è stato fatto. Conclusione, a mio avviso hanno fatto un lavoro pessimo , intascato 1000 euro e se ne sono lavati le mani . Sono il primo a pensare che chi lavora può sbagliare, ma la serietà e prendersi le proprie responsabilità. Mai più
 Negative experience, 2 years ago I had the hydrostatic clutch of my 20hp tractor replaced after 7 years, for a cost of 1000 euros. Last week I took it back to repair as it didn't work and they told me it was the clutch worn out, replaced by them 2 years ago, so with 2 working summer, about 50 cuts and costing 600 euros to repair it. So my suspicion is that the replaced part was not new but overhauled or that it was not mounted correctly. Showing all my disappointment they dismissed me saying that they would take the tractor back home without charging me for transport and that I could take it to repair where I wanted. This has been done. Conclusion, in my opinion they did a bad job, pocketed 1000 euros and washed their hands. I am the first to think that those who work can make mistakes, but seriousness and take responsibility. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato il GTM elephant trunck e devo ammettere che è eccezionale aveva ragione il sig. ROSSETTO a dire che è un attrezzo irrinunciabile, ho tagliato una siepe di 100 metri circa profonda 140 cm e alta 170, senza sentire dolore alle braccia o cedimenti del gomito come mi succedeva prima. devo dire che il sig. ROSSETTO è stato professionale nelle indicazioni e consigli sull'uso dell'attrezzo. unica pecca! l'olanda, paese costruttore dell'attrezzo, non ci considera, nel manuale d'uso, non esistono istruzioni in lingua Italiana.
Comunque consiglio questo venditore GiardiniAmo serio e professionale.

I must say that Mr. ROSSETTO was professional in the indications and advice on the use of the tool. only flaw! the Netherlands, the manufacturer of the tool, does not consider us in the user manual, there are no instructions in Italian.
However I recommend this seller GiardiniAmo serious and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E stato fatto il tagliando del trattorino cambio olio filtro e candela .... a distanza di 6/7 mesi il trattorino nn andava bene e stato controllato l olio non e' stato cambiato era cotto con sedimenti la candela idem ed il filtro non era stato cambiato... le lame dovevano essere state affilate e nn sono state fatte .. il prezzo da quello di preventivo non e stato quello perche mi era stato detto che ci sono state delle problematiche .... e non capisco quali visto che non e stato fatto nulla ...se gli chiedi qualcosa e chiedi di vedere I pezzi del cambio passi x rompi palle .... o si sono dimenticati e sono stati buttati o nn hanno tempo.... pero' I soldi li vogliono subito e tutti ...
Ecco sicuramente non ci andro piu
P.s basta pensare nella recensione precedente del Signore che ha speso 1000 € e si e trovato con un problema non funzionante ...e la risposta del proprietario ; e stata sempre a disposizione...cose una presa x I fondelli e da li che si vede cone lavorano '''
P.s le recensioni a 5 stelle sono troppe io ho dei sospetti..
The service was carried out on the tractor changing the filter oil and the candle .... after 6/7 months the tractor was not well and the oil was checked and it was not changed it was cooked with sediment the same candle and the filter was not been changed ... the blades must have been sharpened and nn were made .. the price from the quote was not that because I was told that there were problems .... and I do not understand which ones since nothing has been done ... if you ask him something and ask to see the parts of the gearbox, step for ball breaker .... either they forgot and were thrown or they don't have time .... but they want the money immediately and all ...
Here I will definitely not go there anymore

Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso e soddisfatto dalla qualità del negozio e dalla cortesia del titolare Maurizio.
