★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto coinvolgente lo show room organizzato con stile moderno buono i prodotti e basta scelta specialmente nei pavimenti e mattonelle di rivestimento sia per interno che per esterno disponibile il personale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo una persona del personale interno é stata gentile e disponibile. Per il resto il personale é molto sbrigativo e sgarbato. Un'ora di attesa (stavo per andarmene!!) per ritirare la merce che doveva essere pronta da giorni!! Un ulteriore cosa scandalosa é che ti impongono 15 euro (più IVA!!!!) sul " confezionamento" (cioè 18euro) e di CONFEZIONE non c'è nulla!! Te le devi caricare in auto così come sono senza un minimo di confezione! Non tornerò mai più ad acquistare qui e lo sconsiglio a chiunque!!!
Only one person of the internal staff was kind and helpful. For the rest, the staff is very quick and rude. An hour of waiting (I was about to leave !!) to collect the goods that had to be ready for days !! Another scandalous thing is that they charge you 15 euros (plus VAT !!!!) on the "packaging" (ie 18 euros) and there is nothing in the PACKAGE !! You have to load them in your car as they are without a minimum of packaging! I will never go back to buy here and I do not recommend it to anyone !!!
