A parte la qualità dei prodotti e la velocità delle consegne, mi hanno seguita negli acquisti, purtroppo sporadici perchè abito a Bologna, sforzandosi al massimo di trovare soluzioni logistiche per aiutarmi. E quando dopo mesi dubitavo che nel kit per la doccia mancasse un pezzo, hanno fatto mille telefonate e contattato produttore e insomma.... numeri 1 dell'assistenza.... anche perchè alla fine il problema non era del kit, ma del mio idraulico. Tra tutti i commercianti/artigiani con cui ho avuto a che fare nel corso della ristrutturazione, POLIS Rovigo è al TOP del TOP del TOP! Grandi! Impeccable kindness and professionalism! Quelle esposte erano di un bel colore carico e piene di brillantini, quelle che invece mi sono arrivate erano sbiadite e dei brillantini nemmeno l’ombra… Alla mia protesta si sono giustificati dicendo che le mattonelle possono cambiare in base alla cottura. Certo che da gialle a beige ce ne vuole! Non mi hanno voluto ne cambiare la partita di mattonelle ne rimborsarmi. Non comprerò mai più nulla da loro. Ti vendono una cosa e te ne rifilano un’altra. Non vi fidate! Bad experience. Completely different tiles arrived to me than those exhibited in the showroom. Di certo quando arriverà quel momento (a breve) so a chi rivolgermi. Esistono ancora persone che amano il loro lavoro e investono sul cliente. Complimenti.
