★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione clienti molto scarsa, non sono riuscito ad ottenere un preventivo dopo 3 settimane. Io e mia moglie ci siamo recati in questo punto vendita per acquistare una fontana da giardino. Un dipendente ci ha dato un indirizzo internet per poter scegliere quella che preferivamo e ci ha chiesto di inviargli una mail. Successivamente abbiamo provveduto ad inviarla, attendiamo una settimana e dato che non abbiamo avuto risposta chiamiamo... Rispondono che il dipendente era appena rientrato dalle ferie e che a breve ci avrebbe fatto sapere. Dopo altri tre giorni nulla.... Torniamo in negozio e un altro dipendente ci ha accolti dicendoci di spedire una mail a lui con il prodotto che ci interessava e che sicuramente in giornata ci avrebbe fatto sapere. È passata un'altra settimana e nulla... Sono dispiaciuto per quanto accaduto, mi rivolgerò ad un altro rivenditore.
Very poor customer management, I was unable to get a quote after 3 weeks. My wife and I went to this store to buy a garden fountain. An employee gave us an internet address so we could choose the one we preferred and asked us to send him an email. We then proceeded to send it, we wait a week and since we have not received an answer we call ... They reply that the employee had just returned from vacation and that he would soon let us know. After another three days nothing .... We go back to the shop and another employee welcomed us telling us to send an email to him with the product we were interested in and that he would certainly let us know within the day. Another week has passed and nothing ... I am sorry for what happened, I will contact another dealer.
