L'unica volta che sono riuscito a contattarli telefonicamente (c'è sempre la segreteria) mi hanno risposto che hanno problemi con il computer.... Mi sento truffato! Ho segnalato l'errore tramite mail ed ho ricevuto risposta entro le 24 ore successive. L'articolo è stato sostituito a spese del negozio nel giro di pochissimi giorni senza alcun problema. L'assistenza è stata perfetta. Sono assolutamente soddisfatto. I purchased an item that arrived after a few days. Unfortunately the model was wrong. I reported the error by e-mail and received a reply within the following 24 hours. The item was replaced at the shop's expense within a few days without any problems. The assistance was perfect. I am absolutely satisfied.

Infatti rispondono al telefono dell' assistenza molto raramente. Venerdì 12/3, apprendo che le cassette sono arrivate da loro e saranno spedite nel pomeriggio. Ho molti dubbi che sia vero. Oggi, 15/3/2021, sembra che sia stato fatto il rimborso dopo aver inoltrato una segnalazione a Paypal. Quindi tutte le loro affermazioni erano frottole. Mailboxes ordered 3/3/2021. On 11/3/2021, they haven't even left. On the other hand, they do not give information on times or anything else. In fact, they rarely answer the assistance phone. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla e non rispondono né alle mail né al telefono. Se non ricevo nessuna risposta li denuncio e li pubblico in tutti i siti di truffe online che riesco a trovare. I ordered a security lock on October 5th and they demanded the wire transfer for server problems. To date I have not received anything yet and they do not respond to emails or to the phone. Mi hanno chiesto i riferimenti bancari per restituirmi quanto pagato ma ad oggi NON ho visto un euro. Non rispondono al telefono (sempre la segrateria ILIAD) e non rispondono neppure alle mail. Un incubo. Per di più prezzi più alti di altri negozi di ferramenta on-line che consegnano puntualmente . Se si potessero mettere 0 stelle lo farei volentieri. Do not shop in this shop. Product ordered in August and never shipped due to problems of the shop itself (? Why don't they solve them?). They asked me for bank details to give me back the amount paid but to date I have NOT seen a euro. They do not answer the phone (always the ILIAD secretary) and do not even answer emails.
