Specifichiamo, vettura rimasta in sede per quasi 2 mesi.
Modus Operandi tramite assicurazione indecente. Non sono stati in grado di procedere come prassi con l'assicurazione interessata.
Dopo quasi 8.500€ tra lavoro e tagliando e l'auto rimasta lì quasi 2 mesi, non sono riusciti ad avvisarmi che c'è una piccola perdita dalla vaschetta tergicristalli, ma me lo comunicano il giorno del ritiro. Manco dovessero sistemarla gratis.
(tralasciando il fatto che il Sig. Pasetti mi ha assicurato di venirmi incontro per il lavoro in merito alla franchigia.. dettagli)
Post ritiro, l'auto aveva cablaggi di impianto audio non collegati. e riportala nuovamente.
Il giorno dopo mi accorgo che i fari sono impuntati in terra. Riportala nuovamente.
La sera seguente, sono nuovamente puntati in terra.
Ad alzarmeli col cacciavite sono capace pure io, grazie.
Ma l'allineamento automatico fanali dopo il loro intervento non è più funzionante.
Ah, nonostante il lungo periodo che l'auto è rimasta in officina ho comunicato che avrei voluto che i sensori di parcheggio fossero sistemati, a carico mio ovviamente. Niente.
Dopo il ritiro ho chiesto almeno 3 volte di ricevere il preventivo o farmi chiamare per sistemare i PDC, niente. Ovviamente sono tutt'ora in attesa del famigerato preventivo.
Che dire, ci si aspetta indubbiamente di più o perlomeno un po' di attenzione in più.

We specify, the car remained in place for almost 2 months.
Modus Operandi through indecent insurance. They were unable to proceed as usual with the insurance concerned.
After almost € 8,500 between work and service and the car that had been there for almost 2 months, they failed to notify me that there is a small leak in the windshield washer, but they notify me on the day of collection. Not even had to fix it for free.
(ignoring the fact that Mr. Pasetti assured me to come to meet me for the work on the deductible .. details)
Post withdrawal, the car had unconnected audio system wiring. and bring it back again.
The next day I notice that the headlights are stuck on the ground. Bring it back again.
The following evening, they are back on the ground.
I'm able to lift them with a screwdriver too, thanks.
But the automatic alignment of the headlights after their intervention is no longer functional.
Ah, despite the long period that the car has remained in the workshop, I have communicated that I would have liked the parking sensors to be fixed, at my expense of course. Nothing.
After the withdrawal I asked at least 3 times to receive the quote or to call me to fix the PDC, nothing. Obviously, I am still waiting for the infamous quote.
What can I say, we undoubtedly expect more or at least a little more attention.

Sono degli incompetenti, pensano e fanno credere di essere all’altezza.. non sono capaci di fare il loro lavoro.
Se non avete le competenze fate lavorare chi le ha.
Mi è stata consegnata una macchina indecente, prima di tutto nel momento che ho consegnato la macchina è stata tenuta sotto l’acqua con il vetro del veicolo rotto... per non parlare del lavoro svolto.
“Ho consegnato una macchina me ne è stata riconsegnata un altra”.
(non corrisponde alle caratteristiche della precedente, il lavoro è stato lasciato a metà)

Ps. Come avete appreso dalla recensione ovviamente negativa precedentemente vedo che avete percepito i vostri errori ripetendoli.

If you don't have the skills, let those who have them work.
I was given an indecent car, first of all when I delivered the car it was kept under water with the glass of the vehicle broken ... not to mention the work done.
