Sono andato in questa concessionaria per chiedere informazioni su un veicolo usato. Questo signore mi ha "accolto" (se così si può dire) con modi sgarbati e non professionali. Per cercare il venditore ha iniziato a urlare nomi, rammaricandosi dell'azienda perchè ognuno fa i "cavoli" propri.....e mi fermo su altre cose che ho dovuto sentire....
Consiglio l'azienda di prendere provvedimenti perchè quel signore non da certo una bella immagine per un'azienda così storica e importante

I went to this dealership to inquire about a used vehicle. This gentleman "welcomed" me (so to speak) with rude and unprofessional ways. To look for the seller he started shouting names, regretting the company because everyone makes their own "cabbages" ..... and I stop on other things that I had to hear ....
I recommend the company to take measures because that gentleman certainly does not give a good image for such a historic and important company

Prima dell'uscita di Firenze nord un collega si accorge del problema sulla ruota gemellare del rimorchio, 2 bulloni partiti e cerchio rotto.
La vostra officina si rifiutata di effettuare il lavoro perché non accettano rimorchio ??????
Avendo comprato 3 mezzi nuovi Iveco nel 2018/19/20 , e vedere la vostra risposta negativa.
Sicuramente non farò più mezzi iveco grazie a voi.
Da tempo a questa parte il vostro marchio lo state facendo affondare.
