Attenzione per il cliente, cura del capello e una buona mediazione delle sue capacità e competenze con la richiesta del cliente. Il tutto accompagnato da cortesia e disponibilità sia di Germano che dei suoi collaboratori a cui trasferisce competenza., capacità e professionalità. Bravi!!!!!
If Germano weren't there, I wouldn't have a hairdresser. I don't live nearby but as soon as I can it is from him that I want to go. Attention to the customer, hair care and good mediation of his skills and competences with the customer's request. All accompanied by courtesy and helpfulness of both Germano and his collaborators to whom he transfers competence, ability and professionalism. Well done !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ magnifico! per la prima volta in 40 anni un taglio perfetto che 'regge' mesi. e un professionista a cui basta sentire due parole per capire chi sei e cosa vuoi. persona che, tra l'altro, sembra sempre di buon umore (e non credo possa esserlo davvero sempre) che ti fa sentire coccolata senza diventare mai invadente. ...e non costa una fortuna! averlo trovato prima!
magnificent! for the first time in 40 years a perfect cut that 'holds up' for months. and a professional who just needs to hear a few words to understand who you are and what you want. person who, by the way, always seems in a good mood (and I don't think he can always be) who makes you feel pampered without ever becoming intrusive. ... and it doesn't cost a fortune! have found it before!
