Giacomo si è armato di santa pazienza (sono una cliente molto esigente) ed ha cercato di risolvere la situazione. Giacomo è stato preciso ed attento alle mie richieste ed ora i miei capelli stanno molto meglio, ma il suo lavoro non è ancora terminato: a settembre mi presenterò di nuovo nel salone per risolvere definitivamente la situazione. Per il momento do cinque stelle per il lavoro già effettuato e, sulla fiducia, per quello che farà dopo l'estate.

Giacomo armed himself with holy patience (I am a very demanding customer) and tried to resolve the situation. Giacomo was precise and attentive to my requests and now my hair is much better, but his work is not finished yet: in September I will show up again in the salon to definitively resolve the situation. For the moment I give five stars for the work already done and, on trust, for what he will do after the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado da Gieffe ormai da più di un anno, e i miei capelli sono letteralmente rinati perché, oltre ad essere eccellenti nel taglio, piega e lavori tecnici ( io faccio colore e meches ), curano molto la salute del capello usando prodotti di qualità e consigliando sempre il cliente per il meglio, magari andando anche contro i loro interessi. Lo staff è sempre molto cordiale, gentile ed educato. Lo consiglio perché, dopo aver girato tanto, per me sono i migliori.
I have been going to Gieffe for over a year now, and my hair is literally reborn because, in addition to being excellent in cutting, styling and technical work (I do color and highlights), they take great care of the health of the hair using quality products and always advising the customer for the better, perhaps even going against their interests. The staff are always very friendly, polite and polite. I recommend it because, after shooting a lot, they are the best for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per fare taglio e colore: molto banalmente una sistemata al taglio che già avevo è una copertura dei bianchi del mio colore naturale. Non sono una cliente abituale, anche se ero già stata qui per pandemia, e quando vado da un nuovo parrucchiere spesso mi vengono suggeriti cambi di colore, di solito colpi di sole che non amo, tagli che non mi appartengono, cose che non mi piacciono o che semplicemente in quel momento non vorrei fare e quindi entro sempre un po' in ansia. Invece questa volta sono stata accontentata senza alcuna insistenza per fare altre cose, il colore è esattamente come lo volevo, il taglio anche, sono uscita molto soddisfatta. Sono stata molto bene anche umanamente accolta con sorriso e cordialità. Sicuramente tornerò da loro perché mi sono trovata davvero davvero bene. Il prezzo è onesto e in linea con la qualità del servizio offerto.

I am not a regular customer, although I had already been here due to a pandemic, and when I go to a new hairdresser I am often suggested color changes, usually highlights that I do not like, cuts that do not belong to me, things that I do not like or that I simply don't want to do at that moment and therefore I always get a little anxious. Instead this time I was satisfied without any insistence to do other things, the color is exactly as I wanted it, the cut too, I went out very satisfied. I was also very well received humanly with a smile and cordiality. I will definitely go back to them because I really enjoyed it. The price is honest and in line with the quality of the service offered.
