Elegant lounge, competent staff and normal prices. I have known the Paul Mitchell products they use and now I can no longer do without them! I did a semi-permanent smooth treatment and the result was perfect for months! My trusted hairdresser now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia prima esperienza è stata tutto sommato positiva (taglio e colpi di sole); la signora Rosy molto educata ed attenta alle mie esigenze. Fiduciosa, mi sono recata una seconda volta per schiarire il mio colore naturale ma purtroppo il lavoro è stato eseguito dalla collaboratrice della signora Rosy, dimostratasi inesperta e soprattutto non mi ha saputo ben consigliare.
Non essendo parrucchiera mi ero affidata a questa persona la quale senza troppe spiegazioni, mi ha sbagliato il colore ed é stata arrogante e maleducata nell'affrontare la situazione. Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliare questo parrucchiere (mi sono dovuta fare da sola una tinta per coprire un colore arancione alla Biscardi).
My first experience was all in all positive (cutting and highlights); Mrs. Rosy very polite and attentive to my needs. Confident, I went a second time to lighten my natural color but unfortunately the work was done by Mrs. Rosy's collaborator, who proved to be inexperienced and above all she didn't know how to advise me well.
Not being a hairdresser, I had entrusted myself to this person who, without much explanation, misplaced me and was arrogant and rude in dealing with the situation. Unfortunately I would not be able to recommend this hairdresser (I had to make myself a color to cover a Biscardi orange color).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa settimana sono andata per la prima volta da Rosy e Carla, senza appuntamento, ma non ho aspettato nemmeno un minuto. Lo shampoo è stato accompagnato da un bel massaggio, il taglio e la piega hanno superato l'aspettativa. Mi hanno offerto un dolce fatto in casa, sono gentili e super disponibili, l'ambiente è accogliente. Altro punto di forza, per il quale tornerò sicuramente, è il prezzo conveniente (con sconto studenti).
This week I went to Rosy and Carla for the first time, without an appointment, but I didn't wait a minute. The shampoo was accompanied by a nice massage, the cut and the crease exceeded the expectation. They offered me a homemade dessert, they are kind and super helpful, the environment is welcoming. Another strong point, for which I will definitely return, is the affordable price (with student discount).
