I prodotti che mi hanno usato nel lavaggio e nella tintura mi hanno provocato nella cute bruciore e croste ...ancora ho la cute rossa e semsibile anche pettinandomi..sconsiglio vivamente di andare perché è la prima volta che mi capita un'esperienza del genere...

Ho richiesto solo una ‘aggiustatina’ e rimuovere il volume, ma sono finito con un taglio diverso e pure fatto male con ciuffi di capelli qua e là! Ho fatto pure menzione diverse volte che non era il taglio richiesto e fatto presenti i vari errori commessi ma mi è stato detto che sono io che non ricordo il mio taglio di capelli e che sono ‘carini anche così’! Stiamo scherzando?!?! Alla fine ho chiesto di finire il tutto in anticipo prima che i danni fossero irreparabili. Il responsabile affianco a noi non è mai intervenuto ed alla fine mi ha pure fatto pagare la somma intera del taglio. Alla fine dei conti sono uscito con un taglio orrendo e fatto pure eseguito male (mi vergogno ad andare in giro) e che ho anche dovuto sistemare (nel limite del possibile) con la mia compagna tornato a casa. VE LO SCONSIGLIO…ANDATE ALTROVE! If I could put 0 stars I would. Unqualified personnel, non-existent Franck Provost standards. I only requested a 'fix' and remove the volume, but I ended up with a different cut and also badly done with tufts of hair here and there! I also mentioned several times that it was not the cut required and pointed out the various mistakes made but I was told that it is I who do not remember my haircut and that they are 'cute even so'! Are we kidding?!?! In the end, I asked for everything to be finished early before the damage was irreparable. The manager next to us never intervened and in the end he even made me pay the full amount of the cut. At the end of the day I came out with a horrible cut and done well done badly (I'm ashamed to go around) and that I also had to fix (as far as possible) with my partner back home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ... GO ELSEWHERE!

Mi sono vista costretta ad usufruire del servizio per un’urgenza - poiché era domenica e il mio parrucchiere abituale era chiuso - e ho pagato questa cifra spropositata. Mentre ero in attesa della messa in piega una signora ha lasciato il locale avendo appreso degli effettivi costi, essendo quelli esposti in vetrina del tutto difformi e azzarderei ingannatori. Mi spiace, pessima esperienza 34 euros for a basic fold. I have been a customer for years, paying a fair amount compared to the service provided. Post COVID prices have skyrocketed. I was forced to use the service for an emergency - since it was Sunday and my usual hairdresser was closed - and I paid this disproportionate amount. While I was waiting for the styling, a lady left the place having learned of the actual costs, as those displayed in the window are completely different and I would risk deceiving. Sorry, bad experience

Taglio e colore fantastici. Trattamenti specifici per i capelli che mi hanno consentito di portare sempre i capelli lunghi curati e sani. Consiglio i diversi trattamenti, possono sembrare un po' cari, ma si vede la differenza con il tempo! Sempre attenti alla pulizia e alla sicurezza. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff, especially Marcello and Claudio, are priceless. I am now a loyal customer and I will never change again. Fantastic cut and color. Specific hair treatments that have allowed me to always wear long hair neat and healthy. I recommend the different treatments, they may seem a bit expensive, but you can see the difference over time! Always attentive to cleanliness and safety.

Ormai sono passati diversi anni ed ogni mese ritorno sempre lì. Tutto il personale è preparato, gentile ed accogliente. Marcello in particolare si prende cura dei miei capelli con professionalità e... tanta pazienza!!! I prodotti sono ottimi, l'ambiente è pulito e confortevole e poi con la loro simpatia il tempo passa veloce! I highly recommend it to all people like me who suddenly found themselves without a "trusted hairdresser". Several years have passed by now and I always return there every month. All the staff are trained, polite and welcoming. Marcello in particular takes care of my hair with professionalism and ... a lot of patience !!! The products are excellent, the environment is clean and comfortable and then with their sympathy time passes quickly!
