Competenza, professionalità, gentilezza e pazienza ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il percorso. L'architetto Davide sempre presente ed attento, ha seguito tutte le attività di cantiere assicurandosi che le specifiche venissero rispettate. Una squadra formata di operai competenti e sempre molto disponibili. Piccoli imprevisti di cantiere, ma Innovatis si è sempre mostrata all'altezza della situazione. Da consigliare assolutamente. Abbiamo ristrutturato il nostro appartamento da zero, si sono occupati di tutto sempre con grande professionalità e, sopratutto, trasparenza. Siamo stati guidati in ogni cosa ed abbiamo avuto sempre una persona di riferimento... dalla fase di preventivo alla fase post chiusura cantiere. Il nostro era un cantiere assai complesso, sopratutto perché abbiamo scelto una ristrutturazione che tenesse conto non solo della bellezza ma anche dell'ambiente. Volevamo una casa "nogas", perfettamente coibentata che consumasse il minimo possibile sia d'estate che d'inverno... risultato? Massimo comfort dentro casa, con gli stessi consumi di un piccolo appartamento con impianti tradizionali. Infine abbiamo usufruito dei bonus disponibili come lo sconto in fattura ed ecobonus, anche qui siamo stati guidati nelle pratiche e mai lasciati soli. Che dire... io e mia moglie siamo rimasti super felici e quasi vorremo rifare una nuova ristrutturazione con loro... se non fosse che ora vogliamo prenderci una pausa e goderci questa appena finita ? Mi è stato detto che sarei stata contattata da li a 10 gg , ma nulla. Ho richiamato , si sono scusati per il disguido e che sarei stata contattata a breve, ma ancora nulla. Forse il lavoro è tanto ! Buon per loro ! Grazie lo stesso I first contacted this company with details of the renovations. I was told that I would be contacted in 10 days, but nothing. I called back, they apologized for the inconvenience and that I would be contacted shortly, but still nothing. Maybe the work is a lot! Good for them! Thanks anyway
